Good location but room was fairly average. Bed ok. Aircon ok. Check in took about 10min longer than it should have

Excellent reception services. English speaking. Rooms are large. Breakfast is good. Def recommend this hotel for American tourists. Superior compared to Radisson and others in Jardin.

Ótima localização mas quartos pequenos
O hotel é bem localizado e bonito por fora, mas por dentro (os quartos) são extremamente pequenos, quase sem nenhum espaço. Prejudica muito o conforto do local. Achei o preço muito alto pelo conforto que oferecem.

Very well located Nice hotel, doll house rooms .
Nicely revamped hotel very very well-placed. Covid restaurant room service not very impressive and tiny rooms. Noisy doors.

Fancy facade for a terrible experience
Even I telling them I was already charged on Hotel.com, they charged me again at the front desk, I did not comply because I knew there was their mistake, and I decided to solve it later , fancy Hotel building , but the room is like a match box and it was dirty and decadent.

I didnt like I así for a Phone charger and they directed me to buy it. On the store at the hotel but they had free charging station on the lobby and they didn’t mentioned. Just when I past by there I found it myself before I bought it.

Location is great and close to good restaurants and famous shopping area. The room is very small specially the bathroom. The shower was good but it could be more clean. The bed is very hard.

Bad experience.
Lobby ok but room was in very bad shape. Fridge not working. Water and other drinks not cold. I told maintenance but nothing was done in the three days I stayed there. Shower with huge noise. One could listen from the aisle outside. Street noite very bad. Nos sound proof windows. Weird sounds sometimes during the night. Lights would switch on aumotatically overnight. I would wake up to go to the bathroom and lights were on. This happened every night. Small and uncomfortable beds.

Solo traveler in São Paulo for a few days!
I really enjoyed my stay at WZ Jardins. The hotel was located in a great area of the city, central to some of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. The property was very modern and the room was perfect/to my expectation.

Awesome hotel, small room
The hotel, breakfast and staff are awesome. I highly recommend the hotel, but the room was quite smaller than what I imagined and saw on the pictures.

Safe, convenient location, nice helpful staff
This hotel is located in a very nice safe neighborhood, with lots of food and nightlife choices. The hotel itself has a nightclub and restaurant as well. The staff are helpful and friendly, and do everything they can to help you.

Bom para trabalho, não para lazer
O quarto superior era confortável porém a porta do banheiro estava com problema e não fechava. Nos trocaram de quarto sem maiores dificuldades. No mais, o hotel não tem boa área pra convivência e espaço de lazer. Há um rooftop com restaurante que não pertence ao hotel, o que dificulta para quem deseja um espaço pra relaxar. Creio que funcione melhor para quem viaja a trabalho e considero que para um 4 estrelas isso não é vantagem.
