"With the exception of the slow-flowing drains in the bathrooms, the hotel was perfect: beautiful, exceptionally well located, incredible view from the pool area, well-equiped kitchenette, kind and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again."

"Check in was horrific. I requested well in advance of check in the correct address and check in process only to be told they would contact me a week before. The week came and went, so I asked again. This time I was told 24 hours in advance I would get the information. This time also went by without contact. I contacted again only to be ghosted until I arrived in Lisbon. At this time the demanded we pay a room tax and security deposit before providing the request info. The only saving grace is the security deposit was not posted to my account. The room tax was posted about 12.50 Canadian. This cause great anxiety and compromised my enjoyment. Thy would only communicate with me via WhatsApp. Thank you"

"Absolutely wonderful staff here! I don’t think you could find more helpful friend people in all of Lisbon. Just a warning that there is quite a bit of noise that comes from the street below. But don’t let that stop you from booking, just bring earplugs or turn on a white noise app and you’ll be fine. "

"Beautiful apartment! Two twin mattresses provide plenty of room to stretch out, small kitchen has all you need (cafe machine, tea kettle, silverware and plates), and closet space if you need it next to the bathroom. There are several apartments here, and a shared back patio that is beautiful and has a tone of room to sit and relax. The front first floor apartment looks out over the street, very nice view, plenty of natural light, and you can hear the city sounds. The apartment is great for walking to restaurants, overlooks, shops, bars, and east to Praça Martim Moniz and the old city center. Check in and communication was easy and quick. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay again! "
