Staff, friendly. Location is ok. Not so far for many place. Do hot have hotel car park. But can find public car park around hotel. Overall are ok.

Rooms were much bigger than we expected and staff service was great. Buffet spread was quite limited but overall, my stay here was awesome!

We paid a great deal for this property and the staff allowed us a early check in. Couldnt ask for more than the price we paid. Overall, good experience with the hotel.

This building is right on a busy street with numerous clubs nearby. I can barely get any sleep due to the noise level - I can hear cars, party music and young people conversation the whole night. If you want to experience the club life at night time, that's great. If not, you might want to reconsider.

Located in entertainment district with great nightlife for those who need it. Close to metro and trolley car which does a loop covering a large part of the city and good value. Plenty of good quality stores and restaurants.

Amenities are great. Location is amazing too, eateries are walking distance from the hotel. Room is unfortunately quite small and cramped we have difficulty opening our luggage.

Good location
The hotel is located near Susukino station, if you come with big luggage please use Exit 4 which has lift to go up. The hotel nearby has many good restaurants and shopping center is also within walking distance.

The location was accessible to all transportation. The room was small but clean( bedsheets, towels, bathroom). Breakfast was good. You get value for money. Enjoyed our stay and will recommend to friends.

Nice hotel with decent sized rooms and well situated. The hotels website suggests using exit 5 from the subway but if you have luggage exit 4 is more convenient as it has escalator & elevator

Fantastic hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We had a triple room for 3 adults and it wasn't cramped at all. The beds were very comfortable and the little added touches leaving us toiletries such as toothbrushes and toothpaste, and the slippers which we could take away with us. Close to bars in a lively area but not noisy, we all had a great night's sleep. I would definitely stay here again 10/10

Nice location. Small room. Holiday price.
Great location. We paid pretty much 3 times the price of a normal night due to it being during the snow festival, which was annoying, but still cheaper than most other places we saw. Near to some of the popular restaurants for soup curry, gengis khan etc. Lots of shopping nearby. You could easily take the subway to the station / airport train but we took a taxi as we had lots of luggage. Taxi was about 1300 yen. Room was very small.
