We stayed for Snow Festival, and this is an amazing location. Right outside of the main stage, you can see everything from the room. That being said, it can be loud, thankfully the festival ends around 10pm, but you can still hear the crowd roaming around. The room is spacious by Japanese standards. We had 2 twin beds, and it had a couch, desk and extra room for our 7 pieces of luggage. Room was very clean, and the shower/toilet were good as well. The staff was excellent, spoke very good english. Helped us with late check-in, finding food nearby, also sending our luggage with Yamato. Price was high for the season, but if you want to be next to Odori park, 2 blocks from Susukino and Metro, then this place is worth it.

Great spot to stay, handy to most things. Double Rooms are small. If traveling with kids make sure you specify beds needed.

Probably the best location you can be in Sapporo. Right off Odori Park so you have the subway right there, then Pole Town (underground mall) that connects you to other trains without stepping outside. Walking distance to the fish market and nightlife/bars without being in the middle of the noise. Rooms aren’t very big but typical for Japan. Would book again!
