Superb staff and very nice hotel! Accessible location to any major parts of Central Sapporo including Odori Park, Nijo Market, and Tanukikoji. The best part is the room has a laundry machine which is super convenient! Overall definitely recommend it and would stay again! 😁

Very good location; especially for why it was selected as close to Odori Park for Snow festival and Susukino for ice sculptures during the visit to Sapporo. The staff were always helpful and kind. Room is smaller than anticipated but still comfortable and the room I received had washer and dryer was very handy. Overall good stay and enjoyable.

Great staying at Tokyu Stay Sapporo!
Tokyu Stay Sapporo hotel was amazing. It was very clean and new. Every part of my stay here is nothing but great. I will come to stay again here when I visit Sapporo again.

We choose to stay here long but hotel policy change only towel and garbage. I think they should change the blanket too for 2-3 days.

The location of this property was super convenient, it is located near Nijo Market which opens early and you can have kaisendons for breakfast! Loved the in-room laundry. My only issue was that I think the room was a bit dusty because my boyfriend and I were very itchy the whole time we were in the room. The second we stepped out for the day, we were ok. But when we returned, we would get super itchy after 10 minutes. I bruised myself from scratching. Otherwise the staff were really nice

Pleasant hotel with very friendly staff and a great location. It was so helpful to have an in-unit washer and dryer. The limited housekeeping was fine (and wasn’t a surprise), we were able to get fresh glasses and mugs but had to keep the old ones through the end of the stay.

started and ended month-long travels in hokkaido with this understated delightful gem of a hotel. fuss-free check-in, room on high floor with a view. space in room thoughtfully planned to fit in two firm beds, table and chairs plus a quiet washer/dryer and microwave. what's not to like?
