"The room was very clean & comfortable. I have to say the gentleman that checked us in was so polite & courteous. The gentleman I was traveling with was 85 years old and has Parkinsons. When he told me the room was on the second floor and there was no elevator, I winced. When I explained why he quickly changed us to room 101 & it was perfect.I wished I had gotten his name. He was so professional and friendly. Thank you!!"
