"Staff was friendly, no elevator so they helped me bring my luggage up the stairs. A little confusing as you check in at the bar, not the sign saying accomodation, but easy nonetheless. Clean bathrooms and bedrooms, AC worked great and kept the room at the perfect temp, tv in room afding more amenities, perfect for solo travel."

"Not fantastic, but a very comfortable room for an overnight stay prior to catching an early flight to NZ. A perfectly good complimentary continental breakfast was available and from a very early hour. The International terminal is walkable from this hotel and it took us about 30 mins. Very convenient and at a reasonable price."

We asked if they could order a taxi for the morning but said they do not do this service. They said we can search the companies & choose one of our choice. How are we to know a reliable taxi company?
