"This is a nicely, renovated studio room, with a large king size bed, a nicely, refurbished, shower, and separate toilet. One recommendation would be to have a nightstand or some kind of drawers in which to put things. Nevertheless, it is nicely maintained, I would gladly stay again, and it is closely located to the Tempe train station, which can take you into the city in the central business district within a half hour, the staff are very kind and helpful."
