"We had an amazing stay at the Shangri la hotel. Amazing staff, amazing food, really clean and great facilities with a great view of the Opera house and the harbour bridge while we had breakfast every morning. Can't fault this property at all and we are already planning our next trip here!"

"The two bedroom suite was perfect for our needs. It had all the cooking and cleaning facilities that we required for our stay. Both bedrooms had plenty of space and the kingsize beds were very comfy. The balcony and living area were a good size and the bathroom was furnished to a high standard. The hotel is in an ideal location for exploring the city as it is right next to the train station but far enough away from the city centre to be quiet and peaceful in the evening. The hot tub could fit multiple people in it and was very warm. The outdoor pool was not heated so we only used this on hot and sunny days, "

"What a find! We have never stayed in such nice apartments! Our ‘suit’ was like a one bedroom flat! With everything g you could want! M/wave, cooker, fridge freezer, w/machine and dryer… absolutely amazing! Pool/steam room/ sun deck/garden were also brilliant. Sara (reception) was amazing and helpful hints and tips .. thank you Sara."

"Customer service was zero there. I already paid extra for parking and breakfast but they did not care about it and even they could see in their system that I paid more than regular room price, they forced me to pay again (so do not choose any extra payment option on the app!). At the end, they could give me a small bottle of water at least, but asked to pay $4, hope this kind of customer service make them rich!"

"Parking was easy but be sure to park in the right spots as KFC and Maccas are very close. Close to airport and we walked to Ikea. Staff are friendly. Very basic but grat for the price. "
