Check-in & check-out were a breeze. Small buffet breakfast, free parking (!) and rooms were dated, but the beds were comfy. It was perfect for the price.

Drove up from Portland with a rental car and stayed at the property overnight due to an early flight. Room is large and although somewhat dated, more than adequate and very clean. The bed was very comfortable for sure. The Inn is located in a nice area with good walking potential. It is near the Marina and many restaurants. Will stay at the Marina Inn next time.

This was a nice hotel and walking distance to the marina and family living in Des Moines, WA. Staff was very friendly and polite. Definitely would stay there again!!

Room very old and tired, old furniture and cheap new stuff! Not very clean at all! Looked like room door had been broken into and not repaired correctly! Exterior door also had damage didn’t really feel safe ! Cheap Tv didn’t work because not plugged in. NOTE… Room phone didn’t work, not connected to hard wire land line and they said would fix? Still not working when we left!!! Not secure at all in case help was needed! Could use better coffee that had not sit for hours. Front desk only marginally helpful and not really interested at all. Booked through Expedia and very disappointed! Very $$$expensive for this motel ! Will not stay again!!!

During my recent stay at Marina Inn, I encountered hairs on the bed sheets and bathroom floor. I immediately asked for a room change with the front desk staff. I was changed without being asked any questions. I have been a regular customer and have never encountered such a situation. Stayed in one of the not renovated rooms so did not look like the picture. Was loud in the morning with people in the outside halls, and could hear toilet flushing/showers on. Breakfast was good and check in staff was lovely!

Room was not cleaned when told it would be and had to ask for more towels. Found some hairs on the bed and in bathroom. Room was spacious but needs updating. The neighborhood was quiet and close to ocean. Plenty of parking.

Super clean hotel in a safe area, just 2 blocks to the pretty waterfront in Des Moines, with easily walkable options for great food and coffee. Staff were friendly and efficient. While this is a hotel with basic accommodations at a good price, they offer several extra amenities like a great continental breakfast, exercise room, sauna, and laundry, and plenty of safe parking which makes this a pretty fantastic deal. Close to SeaTac, but a great alternative to the noisy and unsafe hotels right by the airport, much less expensive than hotels in Seattle, and a quick, easy 20 min drive to Seattle downtown. Absolutely will stay here again!

The place is old. The chairs are very dirty. One of the chairs was torn. There beds are uncomfortable and old. It was noisy as well. If you stay at this place make sure to get the top unit.when your on the bottom floor it is very noisy due to the hardwood floors you can here everything and can’t get any sleep due to the person above you due to the old building.

I have a sensitive sense of smell to fabric softeners Cleaning chemicals. I did react to the bed spread scent so I removed it from the bed and placed it across the room. I was able to sleep till 6:15 am. All in all I had a great stay after an emotional day with family. I will definitely come back 😊

it’s ok
good as a budget option, free parking and free underwhelming breakfast but that’s about it. our room was dirty upon arrival so that had to be sorted out, the receptionist didn’t care whether we lived or died which is fair in a place like this. but a better customer service wouldn’t hurt. all in all i wouldn’t return here unless i’m heavily on a budget.
