I stayed in Whirlpool suite and the whirlpool never worked. Bathroom and outdoor area near whirlpool was all mouldy. The room smelled of mould and for some reason moisture build up every night and made my clothes damp even though they were in the cupboard. The good thing is that the staff is extremely good and it’s quite close to amenities such as shops, potato beach club and lot of other pubs and clubs. Difficult for taxis etc to locate the hotel though. Breakfast is quite good at the roof top but the pool needs cleaning.

Really loved staying here, and will probably come again. Staff are beyond friendly, and actually make an effort. I was there for only 1 week and about half way through I was being greeted by name when I went to breakfast and the bar, which is unexpected and really quite pleasant. The rooms are clean and pleasant, breakfast is lovely as their restaurant is on the roof, so you get quite a lovely view. They have an inhouse masseuse and spa too. I really liked the location. They're just off the main strip there so it's only as short walk for you to go visit any cafe or restaurant. There's also a night club like 2 minutes walk if that's your scene. My only complaint is the water in the shower wasn't great. Perfect pressure but I could rarely get it hot. Overall, very happy, likely to come again. Every time I look at other places in Seminyak for my upcoming trip, I keep being draw back.

Staff were really helpful throughout our stay. We were scammed out of money at one point at a currency converter and they helped us to get our money back. Could not recommend highly enough.

Our stay at De Vins Sky hotel was great. The location, guest facilities and wonderful friendly staff made our 10 day holiday extra special! The rooftop vantage for New Years Eve was a standout, as was the events put on by the Hotel! Kylie and Gordon Melbourne

This is the second time I've stayed at de Vins. Absolutely awesome place to stay in Seminyak, Bali. Walking distance to nice restaurants/cafes/bars, and the hotel also offers a shuttle service to Seminyak square. The ammenities were also great, as well as the morning breakfasts. Most of all though, the staff here are the best. Genuinely some of the nicest people I've met and definitely would go back to de Vins next time I head to Bali.

A nice above average hotel that needs a bit of renovation. Breakfast is great. My shower knob fell off in first night but was fixed immediately. They give you adapters for free. Pool are needs work as not all chairs have cushion covers. No windows to open in rooms unless you have the more expensive rooms. Was kept 1 hour waiting before check in so was given a free massage . The staff are friendly.
