I recently stayed at Forseti Athena and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. The property is located directly on a busy road, leading to constant traffic noise that made it difficult to sleep at any time of day. Additionally, the level of customer service was subpar; communication with the staff was lacking from check-in to check-out, impacting the overall experience. Despite appearing appealing in photos, the actual condition of the property was disappointing. The cleanliness was notably inadequate, with bedsheets, towels, and washrooms seeming to have been neglected for an extended period. The overall lack of upkeep was evident and detracted significantly from the comfort of the stay. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.
