Incredible!!
Wow what a truly incredible stay. This Villa and the wonderful staff here exceeded every bit of our expectations. The property was immaculate. The staff went above and beyond each day to make us feel welcome and cared for, and were also happy to drive us around to local spots with their complimentary shuttle. We could not recommend this villa enough. We will definitely be coming back to stay again in the future.

The Villa was very clean, spacious and inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful. As many other reviews have stated the temporary entrance area is not easy to find and feels unsafe if entering after dark. Near Seminyak beach, which was very unappealing, making the private pool a plus at the Villa.

We loved the location of this villa, tucked in off a busy road with lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and beach clubs. Although close to things, it was such a quiet, peaceful villa. Lots of privacy which was also nice. The service was great, super friendly staff and breakfast delicious and fresh. We would stay here again, had a lovely time!

This property just did not match the expectation. Looks great in the picture but that’s where it ends. Yes I can see how it would have potential but the toilet was smelly and dirty, too many mirrors, the sheets were stained, the couches and chairs were all stained and the lobby is nonexistent and you have to enter the property down a smelly wet tiny alleyway. The pool was dirty and I wouldn’t use it at all just a complete disappointment. I feel like I wasted my money.

I Villa with a smile
With I villa being central and close to Kuta I must say first of all Great Location if you're into food and clubbing you're 5 mins away from some of Balis best kept secrets ie...try the cocktails from el Nacional or head to Waterbom water park....our Villa was room number 3 2brm with a fantastic pool an a huge swan to relax on haha...breakfast and afternoon tea was awesome and varies day by day in villa massage is just Devine but what makes I Villa so special is the attentiveness and the welcoming smile of all the staff Thankyou for making my stay one of the best so far..

Amazing stay!
Excellent stay. The staff was unbelievably accommodating, helpful, and kind. The perks you get with this villa are incredible: free transportation within Seminyak, free breakfast cooked to order, free mini bar (including snacks, sodas, waters, and beer), and free airport transportation. The staff helped arrange a driver to take us to a beach outside of Seminyak with ease. The restaurant Sarong across the street is AMAZING. Aside from Sarong, there are so many restaurants and bars nearby. If you decide to get room service though, the food was great and very affordable. Plenty of souvenir shopping in the area. The in-room spa options were fantastic... my husband and I both got 90 minute hot stone massages for about $70 USD total. The Villa itself was pristine. The entire outside is glass, but the bedroom has blackout curtains and the bathroom has blinds for privacy. The bed was extremely comfortable, there was plenty of closet space, and a safe. Each room was huge with high ceilings. Plus the private pool! I can't express enough how much we loved it. The one and only con I can think of is the lack of direct sunlight that was able to get into our villa because of the high walls surrounding the premises. My husband wanted to lay out by the pool in the sun but was only able to catch a small sliver of sunlight midday. I think the lack of sunlight is what caused the pool water to be so cold as well. This was an extremely minor setback though and didn't both us much.

The villa was perfect for our family of four. A lovely get away relaxing by the pool after exploring the local neighbourhood. We had breakfast brought to us each morning and afternoon tea (which was fantastic) when we were around in the afternoon. The staff were so friendly and helpful - really fabulous!

The staff and service is very good but the villa requires maintenance. Shower drips, aircon drips, stains on lounge, only 2 pool loungychairs for a two bedroom villa, no tv in lounge area, sheets are not good quality.

Spacious and comfy private villa
Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful, super friendly and generous with their time and advice. Thanks for making our visit to Bali that much better. We stayed in the 1st Villa which is located next to the lobby, traffic noise maybe bothersome for some as its close to the road. You may want to request for a villa that's further inside. Overall great experience!

Location ia excellent,mins walk to potato head and Sarong restarant which is just opposite the villa.Must try,beef rendang is very good.Food in the villa is also very good and mini bar is free,that is a plus.staff attend to all needs and I really feel safe and warm in the villa.thank you ivilla.

Really awesome place
We just love ivilla . We went last year with my friends and it was so great . This month my family and I stayed only 2 nights because my husband wanted to stay in another place while also being in Bali for the end of our trip, he regretted that choice as soon as we got to i villa he loved it and was disappointed to leave and only stay 2 nights. The staff are just excellent really 5 star service. If we come to Bali again we will be staying in ivilla for the whole trip. Really amazing service guys .

Perfect gem in Seminyak
This villa is exactly like the photos show. Spacious, wonderful customer services and the only thing I can fault is the construction noise next door but this is not I-Villas fault. I moved to another villa 2 nights ago and I instantly regretted it. I will most definitely be returning to I-Villa when I come back to Bali

The staff is good, provided a good service to me Construction site just next to Villa I am living at the 1st villa, next to lobby. Nearby the road, noisy all day long. Not relaxing. No hot water

Perfect Bali villa
Wonderful villa right in heart of Seminyak restaurants. V helpful staff. Courtesy phones &transport to local restaurants & shops added bonus. Was some mild construction noise next door but we were well compensated by free BBQ in villa which was overly abundant. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and stay again.

One of the best places I have stayed at!
The accommodation was superb. The villa I stayed in had an amazing 13 meter pool and one of the nicest bathrooms I have come across. The iVilla also provided a BBQ in my villa for all my friends. There was about 15 of us. They looked after everything from the setting up, to the cooking and the cleaning. The bar fridge was also unlimited and the staff working there were amazing! I would recommend iVilla to anyone wanting to be spoilt with accommodation. The iVilla also provided me with a villa after checking out to have a shower in prior to my night flight departure.

Excellent stay in iVilla, we will certainly return
We absolutely loved everything about our stay at iVilla The property is boutique with only 8 villas meaning you get terrific personalised service. Our villa 3 was amazing. Great design, private, big pool, comfy king bed, incredible bathroom, and well stocked minibar. The villa was serviced 2 times a day, and included a lot of personal touches. We really didn’t want to leave The food menu is extensive offering a variety of western and Indonesian dishes. We tried most things during our stay (including in house BBQ, and afternoon high tea) and were never disappointed The property is well located in Pettinget – walking distance from popular places (Beach, W Retreat, PotatoHead, myriad of restaurants and bars, spas, and shops). The drivers were happy to drop and collect us in the local area which was very convenient The best part about our stay was the very professional service received from all of the team. From the moment of booking, we felt so comfortable and welcome. Management, front of house, housekeeping, security, and drivers – all were fantastic with great English. The staff knew us by name, and were very interested to learn about us and share their travel tips for Bali (including helping to arrange a number of day trips through local connections) Only small downside was the sound of construction from the property next door (8am–8pm most days) but after a while, we blocked the noise out. We will definitely be back to iVilla soon

Best Villa in Bali
Best villa/hotel my partner and have ever stayed at. Staff go above and beyond. Breakfast, afternoon tea and ameneties were second to none. Wish I never left. Will be coming back no hesitations. Villa was stunning. Great location, short walk to many popular restaurants and bars. Staff provided us with another villa on the day of checkout so we could shower and Refresh before our late flight.

Great location in Seminyak and all in luxury!
Villas are still new and extremely comfortable. Pool is massive and very clean. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Location is great for Seminyak shopping or to get to Double Six beach.

ロビーが工事中に宿泊しましたが、音は気になりませんでした。BBQがサービスで、ついていて、部屋までグリルを持ってきてお肉やシーフードを焼いてくださいました。毎朝の朝食が、何種類もあり選べたのでとても楽しめました。 飲物や、ナッツ、チョコレートなどが無料で冷蔵庫に用意されてました。 部屋についているプールは綺麗に掃除されていていました。 プールサイドのチェアーが鳥のフンで汚れていたのですが、拭いたらすぐ取れました。 部屋の中は、虫が出るようなことはなく、いい匂いでした。 シャワーの水圧が適温だと弱くて少し物足りなかったです。 アメニティは、日焼け止め、日焼け後のジェル、リップクリーム、虫除けスプレー、など沢山用意されていました。 化粧落としはありませんでした。 スタッフがとても優しく、スミニャック内の送りとどけかま無料でしたし、無料の携帯電話を貸し出してくれるので、何か困った時は連絡できました。無料携帯電話で、タクシーも呼べるようでしたが、使ってはないけど、便利だと思いました。　とてもいいサービスとお部屋でした。

全てが良かった
ヴィラタイプでプライベート感が良かった。子供達もプライベートプールで大はしゃぎ。ハイティーのサービスや朝食も部屋で食べられ美味しかったです。スタッフの皆さんもとてもフレンドリー。近場には車で送ってくれます。
