I recently stayed at Kunti Villas with a couple of my girlfriends in a 2 bedroom villa. It was an absolute delight. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is not only delivered to your room but the staff set the table up beautifully for us - just great service. They also offered in room spa treatments very well priced, which we took advantage of one morning and absolutely loved. The pool is divine, the beds are super comfy and we absolutely loved our time here.

Hi , I had a lovely stay was nice a quite yet close enough to the main areas . Only thing is there is no restaurant and no food available after around 3pm . Other than that a great place staff was lovely .

Nice villa.

The villa was overall good, a little dated but quite nice, you couldn't open the venetians in the room to see the outside of the villa which was a little disappointing I like to let light in. Pool was clean. It is a little way out from the heart of Seminyak and the beach is about a 45 minute slow walk. If you don't like to walk suggest you get a bali sim card and download the Grab app and get a cab for around $1.20 the villa does not provide a shuttle sevice. The villa was very private we were in the villa closest to the reception area and busy road so tended to hear the traffic night and day ask for a room further from there if you want more quietness. Wifi worked well no drop outs. Staff were lovely and friendly. Brekky wasnt too bad. Overall not to bad a place.

Big, good and quiet villa to relax!

Quiet location with only 7 villas. Old property but good service overall. Breakfast was good choice. Basic amenities. Improvement could be a fan and extra TV in the living area. Otherwise can be hot when dining here. Fully booked when arrived and placed in 2 bedroom. Asked to move on last evening back to 1 bedroom. Inconvenience to guests. If u put guests in 2 bedroom then should leave them there. If u moved them at least offer a free wine or fruit basket as token of apology. This is customer service at wow level. Just suggestion to go extra mile for guests. Overall good experience. Loves the simple but delicious nasi goreng. Well done staff!

Good location

We spend there two wonderful and nice weeks (April 15-28). A villa with private pool and breakfast serve to the room. Service was good and we have no complains about the place and people who work there. They were always ready to help us. Always smiling and nice. For some people the hotel is a little far from de center of Seminyak. I do not think so because we can walk to the places we wanted to go shopping or eating, even though for party. There are some night shops around where we used to buy water, soft drink, or other stuffs. We went out every night, walking. We enjoyed our staying. We never took a taxi because we like walking, it is a way to know better. There is a free shutter that drive you to Kuta. We took and we did not have problem to go back (we walked). Yes, we like walking. It is good for your health. It is true that the villas need some maintenance and they will. We want to thanks to all the staff who work at the reception, cleaning, cooking, driving, security. We were always welcome with one smile. They made that we enjoyed our staying without regretting. Yasmina you must be proud of them. If I can I will go back. If you are looking a quiet place, this is the one.

This hotel is on a busy road.

The hotel is on a busy road and not close to shops, beach or restaurants. Not good service, every day had to ask for pool towel, missing items from breakfast menu. The bed not very comfortable.

Great pool, just a shame it needs a lot of work done to it No curtains so at 5-6am you can’t sleep Mosquitos and other insects everywhere!! Cats come and eat your leftovers and you wake up with food all over the villa (outdoor kitchen) Breakfast is disgusting A little bit far from everything by foot

大人のリゾートヴィラ

こじんまりとしたヴィラです。静かな環境でとてもゆっくり過ごすことができました。 素敵な造りでしたが水回りが半屋外のため暑かったのと、夜は暗く虫やトカゲがいて少し怖かったです。 ただ清掃は細かいところまで行き届いていて、屋外でも不潔な感じは一切ありませんでした。 従業員の方も親切で良い方ばかりでしたが、前日に手配をお願いしたタクシーが手配されていなかった事がありました。 夜中にコーヒーが飲みたくなりフロントに聞いたところ、ルームサービスは終わってしまったが近くの24時間営業しているコーヒーショップに連れて行こうか？と提案してくれました。 朝食の種類も豊富です。 また泊まりたいと思えるような、おしゃれで親切なヴィラでした。

Nice Villa

Beautiful facilities and friendly helpful staff. Private pool was amazing and well kept. Bathroom was lovely with a beautiful big bath. Staff were always willing to help organise transport and for any needs that we had while we were there.

Clean room but furnishings were slightly old. Reasonably large pool with jacuzzi jets installed at the side of the pool. Bathroom and toilets are outside of the room and closer to nature. Wonderful service from staff!

villaを堪能出来る快適なホテル

villaはプールもお部屋も快適で、とても楽しめました。レセプションからvillaへの道もヤシの木で覆われた涼しい一本道になっていて、2歳の子連れで少し散歩するのにぴったりでした。

Misleading - hotel is NOT in Seminyak.

Whilst the staff were lovely, the location was obscure and taxi drivers had no idea where it was. Had to turn on data for google maps!!! The good part is that the hotel is part of other villas actually Located in seminyak - which this wasn't - their advertising is false - the other villas were simply fab. Club Villas, •Seminyak - right in the heart of seminyak.

Private and relaxing

Loved having a private pool and it looks exactly like the pictures. Staff also can't do enough for you. It was just missing a wow factor- things were a bit dated and the bathroom area was mouldy and the shower and bath water was smelly. But great value for money!
