The hotel is under construction so it's totally empty so not a nice arrival area. The villa is tired but very clean and the staff are exceptional. The access to Miss Sippy is a bonus and being so close to the beach is great. We had a lovely time regardless of the hotel building behind us. It was reasonably quiet.

Property was absolutely gorgeous. Room 116 we stayed in was like a house with private pool and gorgeous landscaping. Older hotel but just adds to the ambiance of the resort

Wonderful hotel right on the beach. Was nice and quiet due to hotel renovations, but was a shame that the restaurant wasn’t open and the building is a little old. Would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent location, A villa where you can relax. There are many restaurants near the beach and there are many dining options. Unfortunately, many of the facilities were closed due to renovations, but it was rather special because we were able to create our own environment on a large site.

Great location! Right on the beach and only a close walk to shops. Property is undergoing some renovations so was quiet, with not many guests, which we liked. We had a private pool with our villa that we used a bit, the main shared pool was huge with nice little areas for kids to play who cannot yet swim. The resort’s restaurant only catered for breakfast and lunch. The staff were lovely and food was reasonable but they were never busy due to minimal guests, so not a huge variety on the menu.

The villas w private pools are the only accommodation available abd they are huge and great vakue for money. They are set right on Seminyak Beach. The hotel rooms are closed. Lots of bars and restaurants closeby along Seminyak Beach. Top value for money. Villa rate is very affordable for what you get, and the location is amazing. Great find. Friendly staff.

The staff are fantastic, they can’t do enough for you. The resort has a traditional Bali feel. Unfortunately at this point in time the resort only has the Villas available for accommodations, which makes the resort feel empty, at times we felt like we were the only guests. The resort needs quite a lot of maintenance as they are still recovering from Covid which is a real pity as it should be the most spectacular resort on the beach in Seminyak. When I enquired with staff they said there was no current plans for any major renovations. If we were to go back to Bali tomorrow would I stay here again, absolutely.

The hotel was under renovation, so only the villas were open. The main pool was open but the restaurant was closed. However, there were so many good food options nearby it did not affect us. Loved the privateness of the villas and they were in good shape. Not a ton of staff but they were very responsive to our needs. And loved being right next to the beach.

The villa was very old balinese in decor with a fish pond and private plunge pool. The bed was super comfy and the villa was spacious. I was concerned regarding security as people from the adjoining beach club were allowed in to use pool and facilities. We experienced people entering the grounds of our villa and then some kids throwing large rocks over the fence. If a rock had hit a young child it would have been carastrophic. There was no security in the grounds to prevent this behaviour. For that reason I would not recommend staying here.

This property was barely functioning, we saw one other guest. There were no staff and no facilities - restaurant not open, one person on reception and there appeared to be men living under the main reception building - it was like a ghetto and felt very unsafe. This used to be a beautiful hotel - would now not recommend.

This is a property that is under renovation…. Areas are just very dangerous to go to. Very tired and definitely would not recommend for the money that I paid! There is a nice young guy at the front desk. He did his best with limited resources!

C’est un hôtel dans lequel je suis déjà passé 4 fois. Les prestations étaient exceptionnelles. Nous avons été reçu dans un hôtel vide en pleine restauration, plus aucune restauration ni petit déjeuner. Plus de personnel en activité que de clients, lamentable… Un sur encaissement d’1/3 a été fait par l’hôtel et je dois encore aller chercher mes preuves de paiement. Hôtel.com est responsable de la situation. Je ne recommande ni l’hôtel ni Hôtel.com

L’hôtel est en réfection complete…nous étions 12 touristes …. Pas de restaurant et les piscines annexes ne sont pas fonctionnelles… Des travaux et des nuisances toute la journée. Les télévisions ne fonctionnent pas….pas de branchement fait… Dans ces conditions, quel intérêt de mettre l’hôtel à la location? Personnel sympathique.

Sadly we didn't get to attend our booking due to Covid-19 but their customer service has been appalling since and I would recommend not booking this hotel while the pandemic continues as they don't reply to emails or give any guidance. On the basis of how badly they have treated us I would never book with this hotel group again, truly shocking in a time where people need to be compassionate and understanding.
