The staff at The Level were amazing from start to finish. The lounge staff were always welcoming and the pool restaurant team were really friendly. The additional costs for the Level were absolutely worth it.

We booked a premium room which was certainly worth the money due to the extras we received. The room was large, it included breakfast and from midday extensive snacks and drinks were available including champagne, named brand alcohol and a variety of soft drinks, tea and coffee. On arrival premium level guests report to a separate reception area and the staff there were amazing catering for all our needs from the waiting staff to reception. They gave us helpful tips on where to go and booked excursions for us. There is an on-site pool which is a good size and needed after a hot day of walking around in Seville. From the hotel it’s approximately 20 minutes walk into the centre of Seville. The Plaza de Espana is right opposite the hotel. We will certainly be returning to Seville and this hotel in the future.

Great location. Didn't need to use public transport once at hotel. 20 minute walk to Cathedral and Alcazar. Beautiful park opposite hotel. Taxi from airport €25.

Problem: Air conditioner does not work well. It is hot and stuffy inside the hotel. Another biggest problem elevators, They are small and very slow. It took us 15 min to go up or down every time. I heard a lot of complains from guests. To be fear the hotel is clean and beds are very good. I love buffet style breakfast that was included in my stay.

I loved how welcome they make you feel. Their kindness is unique. The concierge and the blond lady at the reception were incredibly gentle helping me taking care of my luggage and printing my airline passing board.

My stay at Melia properties always exceeds expectations. My daughter and I were exhausted from travel, but wanted to enjoy the evening yet be on time for our bus depot drop off. Melia took care of us big time. Classy too. Thank you, Melia!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, with modern and nicely designed bathroom. We had a "Level" room which included snacks and drinks in a ground-floor lounge, which was very pleasant and convenient. The only complaint -- pillows were too thick, and the beds had heavy blankets not appropriate for the baking summer weather of Seville.

The wow hotel
The level Melia was amazing. Many services that were excellent. The parking maybe a bit expensive. But overall we were so happy, the service was perfect, the staff were wow, we arrived happy and left even happier. Will come back!

Carmen gave us a very nice room overlooking Plaza Espana. She was pleasant to talk with and helpful. We’ve have stayed in a few hotels in Europe, Melia Sevilla ranked one of the best we’ve been to.

Bel établissement, salle de sport avec des équipements modernes. Par contre, le spa est payant. Localisation proche de la magnifique place d'Espagne, mais à 30 minutes à pieds du centre ville. Nous avons beaucoup marché

Me quede en la torre Level y ponen un pequeño buffet en la noche para tomar un agua o alguna botana. Tome una botella de agua y caminé hacia afuera y un empleado mal encarado me dijo que no la podía sacar del lugar y se quedó frente a mi hasta que me la tome y que salí sin la botella como si fuera yo un Ratero
