The shower pressure in the room was a bit low and didn't improve much even when we reported and had it looked at. Customer service managers were kind and helpful."

"Stayed here the 2nd time. Overall good impression, room was spacious, bed was very comfortable. Washroom and other places did show some aged traces. Quite a good location as it was just 5 mins taxi ride away from SNIEC exhibition centre (if no traffic), and right next to the "Thumb Mall", though most shops there were closed as it appeared to be under renovation."

"Hotel is very comfortable and modern. Breakfast is very good, with lots of options of Chinese (so people can try it out) and general things (eg fruits, cakes, eggs, etc). They have a robot to delivery room service :) If I come back, I would defo stay there again! And I highly recommend it for couples, family or anyone travelling alone. "
