The wifi password was not sent to me and I had to call to get the information. I blocked traffic going in because the gate code wasn't sent in advance. I would not stay in this unit again. Also the shower nob came off when I turned it to turn the water on."

"We had to find domewhere else to stay because our condo on the beach 10th floor elevator was out. Because of health issues we could not climb 10 flights of stairs. Found this hotel. Nice area close to Captain Anderson "

"They have a bar/grill with burgers and pizza open now. Food was great, and service was quick and staff very friendly. We were able to check in early, staff worked to ensure we were all close to each other since we had several people in our group. Everyone had a great attitude, and was working to improve the property and was cleaning and painting constantly. We always enjoy our stay at the Flamingo. "
