The hotel is very new and clean. While size is small, its layout is well designed and we were able to fit 2 large suitcases and still have space to move around. Small minus is the location is a bit difficult to find from the station. Still a good find at the price.

Good location. Transportation, convenience stores and dining options nearby. Room had some fancy wall panels with a warning sign about expensive repairs, maybe not suited for families with young kids.
Shower is in the bathtub, not separate.

It was a right decision to stay this hotel because I touched down in Tokyo at 8:50 P.M. and the immigration was super crowded.
Only two (2) immigration counters were opened and it took 2 hours to get out of the immigration.
If I were to book a hotel in town and there was no way I could sleep at a hotel.
The room was a bit tidy but it's a perfect location for the night travellers.

The great difficulty and biggest problem is when arriving from the airport to YCAT bus terminal, one would have to lug your heavy luggage through the building, up and down several steep stairways and escalators, for at least 15 minutes, before arrival at your hotel. This is exhausting and very dangerous as one may fall. Changes have to be made. Thank you.
