"During our stay, we would walk over to the train station and we were able to access all of Boston with a very short walk from this hotel. The courtesy shuttle from the airport was on point with pick up, and the hot cookies didn't hurt when we arrived at the hotel."
"I have stayed at the Copley many times, but not since the lobby was renovated. The refresh looks great. If you are looking to stay in the Back Bay, this location can't be beat. You can use to 2 attached malls as shortcuts to stay out of the weather if necessary, and it connects all the way to the Hynes Convention Center.

"A really great hotel in a wonderful location. With super-comfy beds, lovely linen and all mod cons, the room is small but perfectly formed. I was surprised that despite the busy road outside, it really is quiet and tranquil inside. Everything works, too - seems like an obvious point but not always the case, even in very expensive hotel. This one provides great value for money in a top neighbourhood around Berkelee music school, with its pretty brownstones, great shopping and hip restaurants. Excellent transport links too. Highly recommend the place, especially for Boston first-timers. "
"We had a great stay in Boston. Our room was lovely, clean and spacious. We have four kids, so finding a family friendly hotels can be challenging. This hotel was super accommodating and comfortable. We loved the big breakfast with lots of options. We used the laundry machines and were super grateful for that service as part of our trip. We were also delighted to realize that there is a large shopping/ restaurant area literally just around the corner from the hotel. This was super convenient for our family after a full day of sightseeing. The hotel was an easy walk to the subway station. "
