"Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel.
We initially stayed in a room where the bed was positioned next to the window. Unfortunately, there was a draft during the night, and we ended up catching a cold.
Thankfully, the front desk staff was very kind and helpful—they quickly arranged for us to switch rooms. The new room was not only warmer but also more spacious, which we really appreciated.
Also note that they charge a 3000 yen fee for lost room key, so just be careful."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are really small but the bathrooms are really clean and have this great 2 headed shower. 1 is a waterfall head and the other is a wand. Also the rooms hallway were motion activated. They also have laundry which was really nice not bring home a bunch of dirty laundry."

"A low key modern Japanese style hotel with the perfect setup for a longer stay by those who prefer to be self sufficient travelers. The Japanese sized hotel rooms include a large combined washer/dryer unit for which the laundry detergent is provided for. They also come with a small fridge, a microwave, a small kitchen sink and kitchen counter. Additionally, a kitchen kit, consisting of an induction hotplate, a medium sized pot, a knife, a ladle, a cutting board and a scrubbing pad can be obtained from the front desk.
Most, if not all, of the department stores adjacent to the hotel have wonderful grocery stores in their basement level, with, as is typical in Japan, everything already beautifully packaged in small sizes appropriate for Japanese small kitchens as well as lots of fully prepared meals.
The hotel also offers a breakfast buffet in their ground floor restaurant, which, though with a smaller offering than that at some other hotels, still makes for a fine Japanese style breakfast with a rotating assortment of Japanese breakfast items.
Note that for the longer stays, the rooms are made up once weekly, with an included daily towel exchange service. For our culturally immersive travelling style, this hotel perfectly met our needs.

"Very spacious room and corridors. We like the design of the room, you can fully open 3 to 4 luggages with ease. Located slight far from Tenjin center, but the 10 min walk to it is an enjoyment."
