From the moment we arrived, the staff were superb. Kind and attentive yet genuine and not overbearing. We stayed in what looks like an extension of the original hotel so the surrounds and reception area are still a work in progress. However, the individual villas in a typical Khmer style with a private pool were an absolute delight, perfect when travelling as a young family. No words can express the gratitude for all the welcome 'home' snacks daily and even a 'Happy New Year' cake. Nothing seemed like too much trouble and we even received some stunning scarves as farewell gifts. Loved every minute. We saw the not-so-central location as an advantage, a peaceful oasis to come back to at the end of a busy day. The only noise was a cute rooster waking us every morning and distant drumbeat from the Cambodian Circus (just across the road) every night. We highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone who is looking for an authentic and unforgettable Cambodian experience.

We had a wonderful stay here. The food was better than it was in town. They were super attentive to us and were there to make any arrangements we needed. They arranged a driver for us daily, arranged tickets to the circus, and met us at our room with fruits, juices, or other snacks each night when we returned. They were good at anticipating what we might need the next day and were proactive about having options ready to go for us. I really can't say enough good about the place. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The service at Angkor Heart Village is superb. Excellent breakfast brought to you at the time you were able to set. We really loved the small boutique feeling of the establishment. They also offer dining in, at your own terrace (price is comparable to eating elsewhere), laundry service, massages and transportation. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Very friendly and responsive owner and staff. One instance was when we wanted to try some combodian sweets, we were asking for some names to try out in the restraunts to sinat(head staff). The next day when we came back from the tour we had 3 different varieties of them for evening snack. We did not expect it, were blown away with the response. Its the small things. Definitely recommend.

What a beautiful experience! Our bungalow was spacious and felt authentically Khmer, the pool was lovely, and the staff was beyond gracious. They really thought of everything - juice and a snack on arrival, chilled coconuts coming home from a hot day out, and sending a packed breakfast along on early morning temple runs. It’s a bit out of town, but they offer a free tuk-tuk into town, and it’s very quiet at night, right beside Phare circus. It can be a bit buggy at night though, so make sure you have some kind of repellent if you plan to hang out outside after dark.

What can I say about Angkor Heart that hasn't already been said? What sets Angkor Heart apart is the care and attention they give you, as if you're the only guest there and your comfort and experience is the only thing that matters. It's family run and I really can't fault the place and the staff of 11 - thanks Sinat and the rest of the team! The huts and the grounds were clean and very well maintained. The breakfast choice is extensive, plentiful and delicious. I think we went through all the options. We ate in a couple of times and the food is very good and reasonably priced. They give you fresh coconut juice every day which is perfect after a long day out in the sun temple hopping. The free one way tuktuk ride to town was very convenient. We also booked a tour guide through them. The lady owner even helped us sort a problem out with the van we booked (through a tour company) to drive us to Phnom Penh. Thank you so much. You even get a small gift when you check out. I would high recommend this place and I would book again in a heartbeat!

When can I go back?
Our five night stay was definitely the best hotel experience we have ever had. Without repeating all the excellent service details - well covered in other reviews - more important was the attention they give you is with genuine warmth and feeling. It was clear that they have your interests at heart, that they receive satisfaction from making you happy. It was very relaxed, all without pretention, making for the perfect place to unwind after a day touring temples.

Will definitely return,this place is amazing. The staff are genuinely friendly. The pool is nice with plenty of beds as there are only 10 bungalows and 2 pools. Staff come round with coconuts and nibbles which are free or included in the price. The breakfast is very good and served on your own yerrace. Do take some long cool pants as there are a lot of mosquitos in the evening which you have to accept as it is a garden setting. The staff put mosquito repellent smoke sticks on your terrace when you order food which does help just slap on some mosquito cream. I booked for 3 days and went no where for 2 days just chilled out and ate meals at the hotel the food is better than anything on pub street and the portions are big. By far the best place I have stayed in Cambodia.

We had a truly amazing stay at Angkor Heart Village during our honeymoon trip in September. The staff at this accommodation went above and beyond to make our stay as memorable as possible and we now have memories that will last a lifetime. From the moment we arrived at our room to a beautiful display of flower petals and cold, fresh coconuts, to our departure, for which they helped arrange transportation, the staff were all amazing. We especially enjoyed having a delicious breakfast served on the front porch of our cabin each morning. This accommodation is located outside the Siem Reap city centre which provides more peace and quiet. It is not within walking distance, however they offer complimentary tuk tuks into town during certain hours of the day, we took advantage of this service most evenings to go into town for dinner. We highly recommend Angkor Heart Village and will definitely stay here again if we are in Siem Reap.

I already left one review, but I will do another. This hotel is amazing! Away from all of theverything noise and city, but still a quick drive anywhere you need to go! The entire staff is amazing! They ate there to greet every guest coming and going no matter what time of day, rain or shine. Breakfast is served on your balcony every morning at your choice of time, drinks and refreshments are served every afternoon too! Anything you need the staff is right there ready to help! Very friendly and welcoming. The location and the entire Keke grounds are very pretty. This was an absolutely amazing hotel we stayed at, I would give it more stars for review of I could!!!! They do everything they can to ensure all of the guests are so very well taken care of. They went out of their way to decorate or room for our honeymoon and even surprised us with a very delicious cake to help us celebrate! The entire staff walked the cake over to us in the pouring rain under umbrellas!

Fantastic stay in Siem Reap
The service at Angkhor Heart was better than five star! My family and I we’re so impressed with the staff they were all amazing from check in to check out. There are fancier hotels in Siem Reap but I guarantee that none of them offer the service that this hotel provides.

A Peaceful Oasis in Siem Reap
From the moment we were picked up by the complimentary tuk-tuk at the airport, our stay at Angkor Heart Bungalow was fantastic. We had one of the 'honeymoon' bungalows (even though we have been married 40 years!) and the presentation was incredible. The staff were very attentive and friendly, the room was very comfortable and spacious, the pool was much appreciated after our touring, the breakfast was very good and the lush green environment was an oasis in a busy city. I cannot recommend this accommodation enough.

Peaceful and Purposeful
The 11-person staff (from the neighboring villages) is incredibly professional, courteous and attentive. Whenever we went swimming, the staff appeared with towels. The staff was always cleaning, gardening, cooking or hosting. The entire environment - from the wood interior to the authentic landscaping - all memorable experiences for my family. Even more exceptional is the story behind the enterprise. After years of selling meats in the market, the female founder decided to make use of her family’s orchard. With the help of her incredibly handy father and electrician husband, she monitored the construction of every construction detail. She applies the same attention to the guest experience. Not only does the owner bring out the food, she also brings your luggage to your room. So much humility! We will definitely return and evangelize about Angkor Heart Bungalow.

By far, one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at! The grounds and room were impeccable, both pools were lovely, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful & friendly. They arranged a very nice driver for us to see Angkor Wat and packed a substantial (& delicious) breakfast for our sunrise visit. We returned from 12 miles of walking through Angkor Wat to ice cold coconuts delivered to our front porch. Breakfast arrived the next morning, complete with linens, to our front deck overlooking the pool. Great experience - highly recommend!

Fabulous stay near Angkor Wat
There were so many things we loved about our stay. The riom was beautiful and the washroom was very modern. The vegetation was beautiful with lots of fruit trees on site. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. On 2 occasions they arranged a very early breakfast for us. Every afternoon/evening they would ask us what we would like for breakfast and what time we would like breakfast. In the morning they would set up the table in our balcony for breakfast. I had warm croissants, fresh fruit and juice/coffee every day! They brought us free beverages after long days at Angkor Wat. They arranged a very nice tuk tuk driver for us to tour Angkor Wat. The hotel is a bit out of the center of town, so in the evenings (5 to 9) they were offering a free tuk tuk to Pub Street (return tuk tuk was 3-4 USD). The pool was very nice. We had dinner twice (for convenience) and the food was great! In the evening there is a circus nearby so the music from that could be pretty loud, but it never finished that late so it didn’t bother us.

A piece of paradise in Siem Reap. What a great little place to be at. The bungalows are simple but have all you need, they are big, clean and comfortable. The staff are just beautiful, friendly and very attent. Everyday a great breakfast delivered to your own bungalow. A fabulous pool to cool off in.

中心地から少し離れていますが、夕方にはトゥクトゥクでの無料送り（帰りは自己負担ですが2＄程度です）があったり、プールサイドでのココナッツジュースサービスもありとても過ごしやすいホテルでした。ホテルのオプショナルツアーもガイドは付きませんが、貸し切りの車あるいはトゥクトゥクで、とても安い価格でした（別に日本から手配したツアーのガイドさんからも、安い!、と驚かれました）値段とのバランスが素晴らしいです。一つだけ言うなら、みんなが使う時間帯にお湯が出にくくなることくらいですが、それも東南アジアのこのレベルのホテルなら当たり前なので(^^)

スタッフのサービスの良さが際立ってベストでした。ウェルカムジュースの美味しかった事、いつも戻るとスタッフが待っていてくれて翌朝の朝食の時間やいろいろある種類から選べたり、種類も豊富でそれぞれ美味しかった。コテージでの景色を眺めながらの朝食も最高。 トゥクトゥクでの無料送りサービスもありました。 暑さ対策や虫除け対策もしっかりしてくれてました。 海外旅行でホテルが多かったけどこんな感想持った事ありませんでした。 次またカンボジア行ったら絶対同じコテージに泊まります。

Kleinschalig complex aan de rand van Siem Reap maar met een tuktuk ben je in 5 minuten in het zeer levendige centrum. Ruime kamer in een eigen huisje - schoon, netjes, zeer comfortabele bedden, mooie ruime badkamer. Ontbijt wordt geserveerd op je eigen terras op een afgesproken tijdstip. Ook avondeten kan op je eigen terras worden gegeten; er wordt dan tafel gedekt met mooi wit tafelkleed en het lekkere eten wordt bezorgd - fantastisch! Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en wanneer je terugkomt in het hotel van een uitstapje komen ze koude kokosnoten brengen die je kunt opdrinken op je terras of aan het leuke zwembad. We hebben onze ontbijtjes meegenomen om bij Angkor Wat op te eten...

街はずれにあるバンガローで、サーカスの目の前。従業員さん皆さん優しく、空港ピックアップもしていただきました。夜中にプールに入っても、気づいていただいて、蚊取り線香をさしに来てくれたり、バスタオルを持ってきてくれたり、本当にやさしい従業員さんに感謝です。部屋は清潔だし、帰りにお土産をいただいたり、本当に素敵なホテルでした！

Die beste Unterkunft der ganzen Reise!!
Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Das Personal ist unfassbar aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man sieht sie kaum aber sie sind immer zur Stelle um einen den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu machen. Das Frühstück ist reichlich, gut und wird auf dem Balkon serviert.
