One of the best hotels that I have stayed in south East Asia. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone young old solo or with family whether for business or vacation trip. It's an all * performer on all fronts hospitality decor room layout gym swimming pool interior property house keeping and anything that makes a guest feel comfortable and enjoy their stay.

It as a convenient stay and I liked it. however unfortunately the spa area was closed due to the after-effects of covid, this was a bit of a disappointment. but very friendly and helpful staff, clean, quiet and safe.

DUE TO PANDEMIC JUST OPEN, LACK OF STAFFS THE PLACE IS CREEPY AND LACK OF SUPPLIES. DIFFICULT TO COMMUNICATE WITH STAFFS. NEED A LOT OF IMPROVEMENTS. MOST OF THE TOWELS AND BATHROOM SUPPLES NEEDS IMPROVEMENTS.

If you come to SiemReap Cambodia, i don't recommend this hotel. First when check-in, they give us a wrong room and after that we asking them to changes. And they change room for us and dirt everywhere.

We were collected at the airport by very helpful hotel check in staff, the hotel reception is very grand and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The room was immaculate with crisp white sheets and a huge roll top bath. The room had very efficient air conditioning and bottled water provided daily. The hotel is full of beautiful traditional classic Cambodian furniture and statues. The hotel provides an evening shuttle to town daily and will also book drivers to take you on temple tours.

We stayed for 11 nights. My teenage boys, my wife and I Communication before we arrived was excellent and arranging transfers was easy and on time. This hotel is rated 4 star, but the service we received was as good as the service anywhere I have stayed at 5 star.. including comparing to France, England, Germany, Japan, Australia/NZ. Would definitely recommend this to other couples and families. The hotel is a little way out from the city centre.. but a ride by tuktuk was only $5 US each way and was available any time we wanted. A really enjoyable stay.

Generally, the staff are extremely polite and courteous, and tend to go out of their way to assist. We had stayed for 4 nights at Empress Angkor. There were bedbugs (I think) or some insects which made sleep extremely difficult. We had reported this the next morning and they sprayed something to fix it. Night 2 was good. We faced the same issue the next night & requested for some staff to attend. The hotel staff promised to send someone immediately and no one turned up. Since we were extremely tired, we didn't bother to follow up and call again. Not sure whether language was the issue. Hope they address this issue for future guests. Overall a good experience except for the bed bugs or whatever insects that were feasting on us.

Great Hotel. Easy pick up at airport, fast check in, friendly staff. Nice big room, very clean. Good selection of Asian and Western foods for breakfast. Hotel external design elements influenced by the temple decorations from Angkor Wat and the other temples with copies of many statues in the hotel grounds.Grand lobby with massive chandelier and impressive timber work.Like a Cambodian Downton Abbey.Room was spacious approx 6m x 5m with very high ceiling and timber floor.Rather dimly lit though as was the bathroom.Shower over bath requiring high step up and down- This would not suit people with limited mobility.Breakfast offered much variety of hot food but no muesli available.Gym equipment was old and much of it not operating properly. Hotel staff were always extremely polite and helpful.

Good size room. Staffs are nice, beautiful surrounding architecture, breakfast was okay not much options. The hallway smelling very strong woods polishing chemical, the bathrooms were unfinished utilities wired expose under neat the bathtub and the bath towel are old.

The staff attended to us with great personal touches, from the moment we touched down at the airport to the shuttle bus service on our departure. We would like to particularly single out Mr Vandy, who not only attended to us on our arrival at and departure from the hotel, but also drove us to town and even recommended a wonderful restaurant for our dinner. We would certainly consider staying in Empress Angkor Resort and Spa again in future.

The property is ABSOLUTELY beautiful. We were met at the airport by Morokot who was amazing and her English was very good. We enjoyed the spa services and Nay Nga was so very helpful and kind. He took wonderful care of us and saw to our every need for pampering. I will definitely give this property 5 + stars. Don’t miss an opportunity to stay here.

This property was OUTSTANDING. Wonderful clean entry and landscape. Sharply dressed staff smiling and greeting you whenever you passed them. Their breakfast buffet was huge and diverse and very high quality . The pool area and outside bar sparkled. The rooms were quiet and beautiful and the bathrooms had all the amenities .
