The grounds of this resort are very beautiful and well maintained. It added to the charm of the property very much. The room was so comfortable. We stayed in the villa with private pool - highly recommend! The staff are all friendly and very willing to help. We especially appreciated Molika and Ngoun in the restaurant.

Customer service in front desk was very unprofessional. Ask tips on face. I am wondering this is 5 star hotel? Food is very lower quality to. Hotel building need more arrangement.

Great place to stay in Siem Reap, heritage style with large rooms and private pool rooms available too. Free tuk-tuk service into the Old French Quarter/Pub St area which was very handy. Beautiful grounds.

A little paradise for a super price!
A super stay at the Embassy for one-night, which we wish had been longer! The resort is beautifully landscaped and decorated from the relaxing pool area, the clean rooms and the gardens. From the very beginning, the place felt welcoming and luxurious. The eateries were both excellent with super service and fantastic food. The free ‘high tea’ offering was an added bonus and we didn’t know we would get this. We made the most of the spa while there and my partner and I both enjoyed a treatment for less than $50 for both of us. We would recommend. The room was amazing and the bathroom in our upgraded Deluxe room was HUGE! The bathtub was lovely and the ‘outdoor’ conservatory shower was amazing. My only tip would be to make sure you bring insect repellant as there are a lot of mosquitoes. The staff were incredible and very helpful. Lucky was a superstar when we arrived and helped us organise our spa experience and our airport transfer. The hotel have a free tuktuk shuttle service into Siem Reap centre, which was very useful and appreciated. Overall, one of our favourite places on our tour of SE Asia and for a brilliant price.

Spacious resort
It’s a fair way from the centre of town but the provide free tuk tuks to take you into the centre and sometimes to get you back. Passapp works very well if you need a tuk tuk. The pool area is great and the pool bar happy hour was a real treat. Breakfast was cooked to order. All staff were happy and polite. The private pool suites are massive but we found ourselves spending time by the main pool. Wifi was ok. Definitely worth considering.

All staff were very kind and accommodating, the rooms were lovely, everything was clean, nice large pool. Would definitley stay here again. The private pool suite was very fun.

The Embassy Angkor Resort was remarkable , Bunthorn (concierge) made all the accommodation in Airport pick up and dependable taxi to Angkor Wat. Clean , entire staff professional. Can't take them more , room was comfortable and recommend anyone making a journey for the first time to Cambodia!

Nice hotel and room
Really lovely staff the room was very nice, huge bed, large room with air conditioner and big spa bath in the room. Room had a private pool which was great but very difficult to get in and out of. Meals were nice - the breakfast good (a little limited) but enough. Breakfast staff were great. We had a problem with no water in the hotel for 2 days (in the morning) in our stay. No notice or communication or apology about it, little let down with that.

Amazing Staff and tranquil location
This resort offer tranquility and is located away from the hustle bustle of the old market/pub street, but is a short tuk tuk ride away. The staff were extremely hospitable, particularly Bon Thun, Leap and Manayat, with an astute sense of our dietary requirement (my daughter and I are vegetarians). The hotel organizes tuk tuk rides to the market without additional cost and were extremely hospitable and kind to transfer us free to another resort in Siem Reap. We loved it here and definitely recommend it! We booked a pool villa which was on its own beautiful!

Staff are what makes Embassy Angkor very good. They will do anything for you and always with a smile. Free tuk tuk to town/ free high tea and use of mobile phone all nice touches.

This property is small and requires a short ride to town, these things did not bother us at all. We found all the staff to be beyond kind and quickly attentive to any need, very personal attention. We stayed in the pool suite, it was very nice, bed was comfortable. We ate breakfast at the hotel every day it was very good, we had lunch a couple times and dinner once no complaints with any meal. We found the hotel, grounds and room to be very clean. Our stay was perfect. Will stay there again.

Fantastic hotel
Top class service at all times. Very swimming pool and hotel grounds. Afternoon tea was a nice extra surprise bonus. The hotel is slightly away from the action but this is not an issue as they provide a very convenient free tuk tuk service in and out of town. In conclusion this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at and easily the best in this price range!

Check-in was fast and the staff made us feel comfortable throughout the stay. The staff were friendly and sincere. Just before turning in for the night, I noticed stain marks on the bed sheet which made me feel very uncomfortable. Although it was already late, the staff changed the bed sheet apologetically. Throughout the stay you could see the bright smiles on their faces, making the vacation more enjoyable. The hotel provides a local mobile phone which you may use to contact them whenever you need pick-up from the designated pick up point. 24hrs tuk tuk to town is available which compensates for its location. Free afternoon tea is provided too. The deluxe suite I had was big and comfortable. Since the room is big, the hotel can consider adding a rack for wet clothes / swimming costumes. There is a ladder in the shower but we cant tell if it is meant to hang our clothes. Seems like mosquitoes are quite prevalent in Siem Reap, having plants like lemongrass, citronella, pandan in the property may help besides being quick in shutting the door. Being away from the hustle and bustle, the property with its comfortable room is ideal for rest and relax. The hot oil compress massage provided by the spa is good too although it is more expensive. Wifi is good too! But safe is not of laptop size. Can only fit a mini-Ipad.

This boutique hotel is comfortable and very well maintained. The staff is terrific! Very attentive and goes out of there way to make their guests feel welcomed. The hotel provides a courtesy shuttle to and from the airport and into downtown Siem Reap. I would highly recommend this place to any friends traveling to Siem Reap.

An amazing hidden gem. Small quiet hotel in quiet neighborhood with all amenities of a large hotel. Staff are very helpful. Convenient to Pub Street with free shuttle but away from noise and crowds. Very nice and clean. Large modern rooms. Plan an extra day of rest to stay at hotel to enjoy spa, pool, and restaurant. Great food and atmosphere. Contact hotel to help arrange tours.

Amazing hotel with such excellent service. Breakfast was great. Rooms nicely maintained and clean. We were pampered from start to end of our holiday. Location is quiet and private and may not look so nice outside, but I never needed to step out to walk outside, all my trips out were by tuk tuk that were provided by the hotel. It’s not to far off city centre and old market and pub street by tuk tuk. They dropped us off at Hard Rock Cafe and picked us up from there as well. Excellent all round. Definitely recommend this hotel and would come back here again.

Nice place to stay a few days
Nice hotel and great service. We got the private pool room which it was huge and nice. Only complaint was that room smells cigarettes as soon as you open the door and I believe is because people dont respect and do smoke in the room. The tub we didnt get to use it since it takes like 2 hours to fill and is not a jacuzzy. Breakfast is nice and great service. A van pick you up at airport and takes you to hotel. There is a tuk tuk service to go to town but only drops you and pick you at hard rock so for rainy days it doesn't work and we had to always pick a tuk tuk to hotel which from 9 we had only 1 knows the location. They got lost several times even with google maps. The private pool is nice and not that cold. Nice stay in general.

Wonderful Hotel
We could not have been happier at the Embassy. The staff were always helpful and kind, helping book trips and restuarants. The hotel is a tiny bit out of town, but the free tuk-tuk which is available at any time, means that it really isn't a problem and is probably actually nicer. The resort is beautifully maintained and we were very comfortable (great bed!), well fed and extremely happy. Lovely pool with comfortable loungers (we stayed in a room with private pool but used both). Would highly recommend.

Very friendly staff and great service. We chose the private pool suite which was a great choice. The room was huge and the pool good size. I really enjoyed the comfortable bed. Slept like a baby!

A hidden jewel, very quiet and relaxing. Love the tuk tuk rides into town. Had the romantic dinner by the pool, fantastic meal and service. Our compliments to the chef, one of the best meals I have had.

This hotel stands out from the crowd. The look is great. The service is GREAT SERVICE. Tuk-Tuk ready for you 24/7. The room is an amazing house, and the outside shower is a plus. It is CLEAN. Everything about the Embassy is amazing. We were met at the airport and transferred to the hotel. The drive is around fifteen minutes. We were offered soft drinks, beer and cold towels during the drive. Check in was conducted in the room. Quick and effortless. The room was was very well appointed. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom is large with an outdoor shower in a private walled garden. Well priced mini bar selection. Tea and coffee is provided. Breakfasts are filling and quite sumptuous. The quality of food and beverage here is above average. Restaurant prices are very reasonable. Seafood Amok is USD7.50 A cell phone is provided to contact the hotel or request pick up from the complementary tuk tuk. The service is offered twenty four hours and drops off/collects at the Hard Rock Cafe. WiFi Internet connection is high speed throughout the property. We used the service of a hotel tuk tuk for Angkor Watt and tour which was very well priced at USD33. The hotel also offer a breakfast menu for guests leaving to see sunrise at Angkor Watt as we did. All the staff were very friendly and professional. Would not hesistate to recomend or return to stay here.

I booked the twin room and private pool room. Both have small television and the distance is far from the bed. I asked for bottled drinks and it never come. The welcome drinks from my room was not cleared for the 5 days i stayed there. Expedia listed that we can get free massage for the private pool room, but the hotel manager inform us we can only get discounted price. Private pool area is a bit dirty but the private pool is quite big, can fit 5-7 ppl comfortably at one time. Bathtub are big and nice for both rooms. Breakfast has limited choice set. But the staff are nice and friendly.

We had a wonderful 6-night stay at the Embassy. The hotel provided us with airport transfers and we found the driver right away outside Siem Reap Airport. The staff were all amazing and provided us with great service throughout our stay. The hotel is located a few minutes away from Pub Street and they provided you free tuktuk service to and from the street. They provide you with a phone as well to call for the tuktuk when needed. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. And they had happy hours on cocktails all night at the bar. They even gave us gifts when we were checking out which was a very nice gesture.

Tramquility!
Great little hotel tucked just far enough away from the central Siem Reap yet easy to get to if one decides to venture out. From the moment I was met at the airport by the hotel chauffeur (complimentary),where I was offered my first Angkor beer, to the time I left my stay was wonderful. Rooms are large with everything you would expect of a 41/2* hotel. I had a pool side room which was lovely. The best thing about this room is that the rain shower was actually outside! The restaurant serves a variety of western and South East Asian dishes that wont break the bank either! The staff were wonderful -very attentive and eager to make my stay in Siem Reap enjoyable. If you have not organised your trips before hand the staff are able to help out. Although the hotel is a couple of miles outside the centre of SR, the hotel provides a tuk tuk service to drop & collect you 24 hours a day. You will be given a mobile phone so as to use this service. On the whole I would recommend this hotel to those who would prefer some quiet time!

Hidden gem that we would totally book again.
Great stay. The hotel is very small, only about 10-15 rooms so you feel like you are practically the only one there. We had the suite with the private pool and outdoor shower and we loved it. Great AC, great bed, great tub. The common area pool is amazing as well. Free Tuk Tuks into and out of the old market which is about 10 minutes away. The hotel isn't really in walking distance of anything, but the seclusion of it is worth the shuttle ride. Great airport transfer service and good food at the hotel.

Disappointing
As soon as I approached the hotel, which is down a long dirt track, and then left onto a dirtier one I knew this hotel would be a problem - it’s totally isolated and even with an on-demand tut-tut you feel outside Siem Reap. The hotel itself is ok. But breakfast wasn’t great and oneof the receptionists was pretty nasty to a friend of mine. Oh, and the pillows are unusable - I didn’t sleep at all. This place will appeal to honeymooners but few others I think. There’s way better on offer - don’t be fooled by the plethora of 5* reviews - this is a flawed hotel.

Great couple vacation spot to visit the temples
Beautiful small family owned hotel, with big confortable rooms and very nice staff! The Hotel provided transportation from and to the Airport, also provided transportation to the local areas like pub street and the market all for free. They also helped arrange the trip to the Angkor wat to see the sunrise for its fair price. And hotel provides a local cell phone so you can contact them anytime. The Hotel is small but beautiful, with the restaurant/bar in the center surrounded by the pool and the staff is super friedly, I cant address enough how nice they were. The prices for food and drinks and also the spa were great. And the rooms were well kept, clean and very confortable. The only down side and is not their fault is the street towards the hotel, due to the economic situation of the country most of the streets are not well paved and dont look nice, but basically everywhere you go there is like that. But you dont have to walk because they provide the transportation. Overall we loved our stay here.
