A comfortable stay at Siem Reap
The staff at the hotel were all charming and very helpful, especially the gentleman at the front desk. The room could do with a bit of refurbishment and the bathroom certainly needs an upgrade. There was no hairdryer provided which was unusual.

Good location but not the place for more than nigh
First off the location is in perfect walking distance to Pub Street but not so close to be bothered by all the noise. The hotel itself needs updating which it looks like it's on the agenda. While spacious, the room was dated and toilet could have be cleaned better. Towels were not provided but you don't have to worry about toothbrush or toothpaste like you would in an American hotel. Curtains had water stains. Overall, it is good enough for a short stay but consider elsewhere for longer.

great location and excellent foods
very convenient location. short walk to old market ; pub street and night market. the staff who checked us in was very nice and professional. they picked and dropped us at the airport (tuk tuk) with a small fee.we were able to arrange rides and tours at the front desk. the daytime staff at the front desk(I wish I could have written his name)was very helpful and accomodating. we were able to take showers after we checked out for a certain fee. on site restaurant had excellent foods.. I would definitely recommend this place. thanks so much Mr Nice guy at the front desk, Mr, Yon and Mr. Sophon.

Over all it was great, I think the only thing is that the AC was not cold, or working as should in 3 of our 3 rooms... I think it needs a bit fixing, but re rest was great :)

Great budget option. Dated appearance, but exceptionally clean and staff were beyond helpful and very friendly. Attached cafe restaurant is good and morning coffee was perfect!

Dated but still worth a stay
While the hotel does seem a little dated, it offers a great room for the price. The rooms are clean and comfy with good aircon. The wifi in the hotel is reasonably fast and the coverage is great. Location is also very good, lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby and also a short walk to the infamous pub street. There is a pool located at the back which is usually quiet and a restaurant and bar on the front. We had very good sleeps and the few negatives are; - rooms look a little dated - no 'do not disturb' sign - no plug for the bath - our room was located on a public balcony so sometimes you could hear people just outside the window We would stay again and we feel with some new decor, the rooms could easily commend a higher price tag.

Large clean rooms and ac was good, the location was fantastic, however the water was either boiling or freezing, the free airport transport was advertised and never recieved. The pool was out of service whilst we were there so had to pay to use another hotels pool after a hot day of temples.

This hotel is ok (average but not great). On the plus side the staff are friendly and helpful. On the negative side the rooms are a bit dated (especially the bathroom) and in our room the safe and shower were not working. To be fair, the hotel staff were quick to rectify this, but it was in an inconvenience none the less. I think this style of hotel is fairly typical of those in the centre of town so travelers may be better going to one of the quieter parts on the outskirts where newer more modern hotels have been built that meet the standards many western tourist are used to.

affordable convenience to Pub Street
Conveniently located to Pub Street and night market. For american standards, I would classify it more like a motel. The rooms are very basic with outdated fixtures. But it's relatively clean and has a nice pool to cool off. And it has A/C in the room, albeit a wall mounted one. It also has an onsite restaurant that is pretty good. For the money, it's a good value.

Good Location, But...
Great location, but unfortunately for us the negatives outweighed the positives. The room was not clean - we found an empty bottle of whiskey in the bedside table, the coffee mugs in the room did not seem to have been cleaned between guests, and the toilet was quite dirty. Room had a definite musky smell, and you need to run the water for 5 minutes for hot water. Price was ok for the value, but the whole time we were wondering how clean the sheets must be given the cleanliness of other things in the room. Wouldn’t stay here again, personally.

Extremely helpful staff
This is a fair hotel for the price bracket; what makes it super is the staff that runs the front desk. I regret not getting his name, but he’s been nothing but helpful with all requests. Great location if you want easy access to night market and pub street, and restaurant serves good food at very reasonable prices

Friendly Staff and Facility
Overall, the stay was nice. If my friend and I were to be picky it would be that the plug was not close to the bed. The internet was considerably nice if I was to compare our stay to other hotels but is still spazzy. The restaurant in the hotel was great! Staff is so accommodating and extremely helpful with dietary needs. Thank you, Sok San!

Excellent location, nice hotel
The hotel is in an excellent location, close to everything but in an area that's quiet at night. The room was big and clean. The staff was helpful, though it took a couple tries to get towels in our room but I think that's because they were all being washed at the time. We booked all our transportation through the hotel and we're very happy with it.

Perfect stay in Siem Reap.
Location is steps away from everything but quiet enough to get some sleep. The bed was comfortable and the aircon was nice and cold. The room was spacious and clean. I cannot say enough kind words about the staff. The reception were very kind and helpful. The restaurant's food was very good and the service exceptional.

Great staff and excellent location
When travelling alone one appreciates friendly and helpful staff to make the stay more enjoyable. Everyone here was friendly, helpful and truly committed to making me feel at home. I arranged most of my activities with the especially helpful front desk staff. My time in Siem Reap wouldn't have been the same without them!

Excellent location. Brilliant Staff
Perfect location. Close walk to pub St and night markets and plenty of restaurants and beauty places on the street but far enough away from live music that it's quiet. Excellent WiFi in room and restaurant. Pool was small but clean and refreshing. Daily room cleans and water. Hot and cold water in the showers is probably a bit of a stretch. More like warm and warmish, but fine for the climate. Staff spike good English and were very helpful and friendly. The massage/spa in the lobby was very cheap and very good (even compared to other shops on the street). Breakfast was a little inconsistent but filling. Extended my stay and would stay again.

Great location and brilliant staff
Great value for money at this hotel, not brand new but heaps of character and clean and comfortable. The staff were fantastic, especially Mr Kimsan and Da. It is also in a great location, an easy five minute walk to Pub Street and there are heap of restaurants right out the front door. The only small issue is the water pressure in the shower, but we absolutely loved our stay here.

The highlight of my trip
The best hotel I've ever stayed, reminds me of Bali where you get cheap hotel with all facilities (except elevator) that work plus pool & wifi. Close to 4-5 night markets, cheap fish spas (found $1 unlimited time!) & pub street if thats your thing. Only problem is the safebox jammed but the staff sorted it out quickly. AC remote got weak sensor, you have to point it very close.

This is a good place for a short stay if you will only be in town for a night or two. The hotel is clean and the front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. However, the bed was very uncomfortable and the furnishings are a bit dated. There is a bar and restaurant downstairs with a lovely breeze, and the food is delicious and very reasonable.

Location, location, location
It was pleasant enough as before. Would consider staying here again. The staff as always were great. Although we had a few issues with Checking In and transfer (bus transport) were reception staff didn't follow through and got booked out. It all worked out in the end. It could have been lost in translation. Over all our stay was pleasant.

We loved this hotel and the restaurant downstairs. We tried many restaurants, but this was the best AND cheapest. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Plus we appreciated the friendly staff, and the fact that we were downtown within walking- or tuk tuk-distance from everything.

My favourite part about this hotel was the breakfast, which is saying a lot because it can be pretty hard to get a nice hotel breakfast in southeast Asia. Second favourite thing about the hotel was my king bed. Third favourite thing was its location. only a 3 min walk to pub street/ markets which is where I spent a lot of my time in Siem Reap. The pool was disappointing and often the lights would be turned off in the hallways which made coming home really creepy sometimes. My bedroom door was impossibly creaky and it took the staff a really long time to clean the rooms everyday, once they did though, they were done well. Overall OK- it's cheap, and was a lot better than the hostels my friends were staying at.

Cheap price but not a great stay
The hotel staff are great, the location rocks and the free breakfast was actually yummy... That is about where it ends. The bed was rock solid, the pillow was worse. There were holes in my bed sheets and the pillow cases were filthy (looked like old eye liner, make up and just dirt and grime). The bed sheets were not changed once in the 5 days (same holes, same pillow cases) even after I asked that they should be. When I walked by my room as it was being cleaned one day, the bedspread and pillows were piled up on the dirty floor while they fixed the bed sheets (no wonder they are dirty)! Everyday I had to go to the front desk to ask for a towel as they took them away and didn't leave any fresh ones in the room. Most of the towels that I had during my stay were stained and had holes in them. The doors all squeak - so when people returned to their rooms after a night of partying, the squeezing doors woke me up. In addition, my room was close to the kitchen of the hotel next door, a kitchen that started operating at 6 am - so I was woken up every morning at 6 am with clanging dishes. The air conditioning doesn't actually cool down the room and when it is 32C, that sucks!!! The pool is nice, but there are only 4 chairs and the chairs don't have any pillows so they are not very comfortable to sit on.

Nice hotel with friendly staff
Exceeded expectations for the price paid. On arrival given a welcome drink and staff helped carry bags up to room. (There is no lift!) Room was big and nice bathroom with bath tub. Cleaning staff did an excellent job and cleaned the room every day. Staff were very helpful (some did not speak the best English but nevertheless). Helped organise tuk tuk for temples and to bus when we left. Driver was very nice and helpful. Hotel has restaurant attached which had a nice relaxed atmosphere and staff were again very friendly. Decent food for a cheap price. Pool area was clean and a nice place to relax. Location was good - very close to pub street, night market and lots of other bars and restaurants but hotel wasn't noisy at all. Definitely would recommend.

Great budget-friendly accomodation near Pub street
The staff at the hotel are super helpful and went out of their way to help. They were always sure to say good morning or greet you when they saw you. I injured my ankle and the bar staff assisted my boyfriend in getting ice for me to ice my ankle - something they didn't really have to do. The hotel itself was in a great location, just a street away from pub street and there were lots of food options around. The room was a good size, only things that I could fault is that our bathroom door didn't latch unless you locked it (which wasn't the biggest deal), and our safe had been left locked by the previous people in the room, meaning we couldn't use the safe - other than that, a great trip and a great stay - would reccomend!

Friendly staff, great accommodations!
The staff at this hotel were just amazing. We arrived at 5am, exhausted from our overnight bus ride, and we were able to check in hours ahead of our check-in time. When I got sick on our final night, we were able to extend our check-out time into the afternoon until our departure for the airport. Although there are tons of great restaurants and bars in the area, we ended up hanging out at the cozy hotel restaurant with the friendly staff, enjoying the delicious and cheap food and drinks. I also got an excellent massage in their spa for a mere $8. Will definitely book here again when we return to Siem Reap!

On arrival we welcomed with a refreshing drink which was very much enjoyed after a long bus journey. We found that the pool was under maintenance and were very disappointed, however the lady on the desk said she would pay for a tuk tuk driver to take us to their sister hotel to enjoy the pool there. We took her up on this offer and it was fab :) This hotel is a 2 minute walk from pub street and all the main bars and restaurants. It's also in easy walking distance to the market along the river. We found it easy to get to Angkor Wat from here (€15 for a driver to pick us up at half 4 in the morning and drive around the whole park and drop us back off at 12 - sure it could've been later but we were shattered!!). The rooms themselves were spacious and clean. They had a safe, a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Just want to mention the lady who worked the desk on a night as she was fantastic and really couldn't do enough to help us. Stay here if you are after a cheap, clean and comfortable room which is close to bars, restaurants and shops.

Loved this hotel!!
I stayed at this hotel by myself for three nights, and it was wonderful!! The location is really great- right next to Pub Street and the night markets etc. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and always helpful. My tuk tuk driver Keo was also really great too! The room was big for one person and very clean. The TV had a lot of channels which I appreciated. The pool was refreshing. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!!

Good location
Hotel is centrally located near the night market and pub street. Room was bit dated and Wifi in room was a bit spotty but good in the lobby. Staff was helpful. Overall, it's reasonable for the price.

Amazing location and customer service.
Great place to stay in the town. Location is top drawer. You are just round the corner from Night Market and Pub Street. Good restaurants right beside you and the food at the hotel was decent too. Also a little place across the street that is good for cheap massages. Clean! The customer service was exceptional. We were allowed to check in early morning due to our flight time. When we arrived, we were sat down with a welcome drink and then were given a 5 minute area description with a map. They organized our Tuk Tuks to Angkor too. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended and what value!

Great in every way
We stayed here for 4 nights. The location was perfect if you want to go to pub street (just down the road/ 3 minutes walk). The staff were all delightfully friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant a few times and can recommend the fish amok. The pool was clean and much welcomed after hot days at the temples.room was clean, roomy, comfy beds. Had all we needed and more. Definately would stay again.
