"Good sized condo for two adults and two kids...conveniently located for easy commute to interlaken, lauterbrunen, grindelwald etc. Condo in good condition and overall good space however they have weird bathroom conditions....a. the shower is not properly covered by shower curtain and b. They have heated flooring...so under no condition water shouldnt come out.... Its very inconvinient way of taking a shower But besides that apartment was very good"

"No space to move. Shower cubicle encrusted with grime, basin without hot water, no toilet paper. Nobody available to assist with anything. Guests are given a contact number, but get hung up on if they ring it. On the plus side, the bed was reasonably comfortable. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else."

"tight staircase, difficult to carry luggages up to the room, no elevator, common bathroom and toilet shared by 6 rooms, garbage can in the kitchen overflow, was not collected in the 2 days we were there. "

"We are family of 9, got 2 rooms with 2 bedrooms each. Spacious, clean, quiet and the full kitchen was very convenient. The view on the terrace was amazing. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Luggage storage was available for us. One thing, no available guest service after 9 so be mindful not to misplace your key cards. It happened to us, luckily we had another room to spend the night. But otherwise everything was great and we would come back again."
