"It was a great stay and all the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Reception staff - Francoise, and our housekeeping staff, Josie, made our stay more enjoyable."

"We were upgraded to a suite with full kitchen which was fully outfitted. The suite was very comfortable. Views over English Bay & Stanley Park were wonderful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy ($25/night). Only one nit: it’s a pet friendly hotel and the room next door had a yappy dog that wouldn’t shut up. (Fortunately it was quiet overnight or we would really have been pissed!) "

"As many other reviews stated, very clean. View of English Bay would have been stellar if not for the fog. Loads of nice places to eat and drink nearby."

"The property is older and could use an update. However, the rooms are fair sized and clean. The bed was pretty comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and with the Expedia breakfast coupons and lunch vouchers, it turned out to be a great deal. The location is also great and close to shopping and restaurants."

"We stayed two nights early January. First time staying at this hotel but would return. Good location with a wide variety of dining experiences nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient parking. We didn't eat at the attached French restaurant bu appeared popular. "
