"The rooms were clean and tidy. Staff members are friendly and courteous to your needs. However, house keeping services were inefficient as I came to my room unattended and not cleaned in the afternoon although the house keepers were behind schedule in cleaning the rooms, management could work on improving the efficiency. Breakfast was average, mostly ready made cold foods devoid of protein sources with no eggs which should be a staple item in every complimentary breakfast buffets. Internet is not reliable as it remains down for most of the time. "

From the valet to the front desk, everyone was incredibly attentive and actually seemed happy to help, which can be rare in busy city hotels. Pro Tip: Ask for a room on the higher floors.
