"Lovely room and we had a balcony as well. As we were on top floor there was an outdoor seating area as well which was lovely. Also free tea, coffee, hot chocolate from the machine on our floor. The lift was not working when we were there and they carried our bags to and from our room which was nice. They even gave us a partial refund for the lift not working. I book hotels with lifts for my husband who can not do stairs very well, so we had to organise our going out times a bit more. However it not detract from our stay. Would stay again."

"Room was great, beds ever so comfy. Bella in Reception was very helpful, brought me oat milk for my tea in the room and explained things clearly about parking. For the price it would be good if parking was included. And provided like Copthorne or in conjunction with them at busy times."

Watching the lake from our window was an experience on its own—peaceful, magical, and unforgettable. Everything about our stay was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. It was a perfect combination of comfort, beauty, and great hospitality.
