"Loved this hotel - very central to shops and a 3-5 min walk to the beach - all the staff are very friendly frbut m reception to the bar staff , I want to recognise Mohammed young man working in the bar he was so friendly and superb customer service , the entertainment is brilliant lead by Ally he is so much so fun puts his heart and soul into making sure everyone enjoys their holidays , he would be a miss if he ever left for sure - if you’re on the fence about booking don’t hesitate brilliant...

"We traveled as a family 4 ( 2 young kids under 6) and I couldnt speak more highly of this hotel. Their facilities, their restaurants, their staff, the drcor and ambience its truly exceptional. My son had a medical emergency he got an eye infection (no fault.of the hotel putisde the hotwl) they called a doctor for us in the middle of the night, they gollowed up with doctor, they chsng3d hotel resevatuons for us. They do so with such a level of kindneas and service its rare to see."

"Stayed here for a week. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and happy to help, and the many dining options in the hotel were delicious. The hotel put on activities throughout the day and the 3 pools and easy access to the beach was a bonus. Please note that some of the restaurants were not open every day, and it would have been helpful to get access to the app used for making dinner reservations, before we arrived at the hotel. Otherwise an extremely enjoyable and relaxing stay."

Rooms are very modern and spacious with very comfortable, big beds.
Good selection of food at each mealtime with very friendly, helpful staff.
A lot of young children in this hotel so we used the adult pool area which was very quiet and not busy even in August.
Children are quite noisy in the dining room as there are a lot of them but our kids were young once so I’m not judging or criticising, just making people aware incase they would rather not have so many young children around them.

Tourist shops and restaurants within 5 minute walk.
I would recommend this attractive hotel as we had a really good week where our every need was met."
"Hotel was easy walking distance to the beach & shops. This was lucky because the hotel pool wasn't really big enough for all the guests & had limited sun beds. Had half-board with our stay, food was lovely, enough choice for a 7 nights. Good base for exploring Majorca, shame parts of the hotel were a bit tired & basic. "
