"I’m so pleased I booked this hotel - it couldn’t have been better. I stayed for 8 nights and the location was brilliant, walkable to everything I wanted to do and close to several excellent food options (Terry Black’s for barbecue, P Terry’s for burgers, and many others). The room was incredibly clean (I walked around the room barefoot on the concrete flooring and feet stayed clean - very impressive), spacious and comfortable with everything I needed, and no noise from neighbouring rooms. Excellent service from all the team, they were really helpful and welcoming. The coffee shop and pool at the hotel were also fantastic. I didn’t use room service but did order food at the pool one day and that was great, and very good value too. The rooms and all areas of the hotel are very well designed and very well maintained, and I hope to have a reason to return to Austin so that I can stay at the Carpenter Hotel again."

"Very easy parking. Convenient location in Austin. Didn’t like the lighting in the room, especially the bathroom, where the lighting is all on one side of the face. No handle bars in the shower. Note that the water is very soft."

"Absolutely enjoyed my 2 night stay here at the Aiden. Interacted with 3 separate front desk employees and all were super friendly. Hotel grounds were in immaculate condition. Pool and hot tub were very well maintained. The fitness center had some nice equipment. The room itself was super cozy. I last stayed here about 2 years ago, and it was nice to see they added another layer of security to enter the rooms, in the ways of a gate that circles the entire property and requires a room key to enter. Free daily breakfast buffet was great had some excellent options. Like pre-wrapped breakfast taquitos and breakfast sandwiches, waffle maker with a selection of add-ins, fresh eggs and bacon, pastries, fresh fruit and bagels. I’ll Give the Aiden 5 stars!! Will definitely stay again next time in the city!!"

"This is an iconic Austin motel. Update it with funky rooms lots of cool things near and around the motel. The pool is great with an outdoor bar. Great, bartender, staff very friendly. I've been there many times and this was one of my best days."
