"Terrible"

"Our stay started off on a frustrating note due to issues with housekeeping. Room service didn’t come on the first day, and on the second day we had to call reception around 5pm to follow up. After speaking with the manager, we agreed on a specific daily time for housekeeping for the remainder of our 8-day stay. Unfortunately, even after this arrangement, the room was not serviced at the agreed time the following day, and we once again had to contact reception. While the staff did offer a room credit as a gesture, the repeated inconvenience did affect the overall holiday experience and made it difficult to fully relax thereafter. That said, the hotel itself has a lot going for it. The room was excellent, and the amenities were of a high standard. The rooftop area is a highlight, although it can get quite crowded—on one occasion we weren’t able to get chairs, which was disappointing. Overall, a property with great potential and strong facilities, but the inconsistency in service needs improvement to match the otherwise high standard."

"Bar was great, beach was ok. Bunch of large bolders/rocks on half the beach. Some of the staff seemed that they didnt want to be there. Had to cut our stay short and after making flught arrangements, we checked out 40 min after check out time and they did not refund us for that night that we didnt stay. They had plenty of time to clean the room and sell it for that night. "

"The beach view was obstructive with palm trees. Do not choose oceanfront with two queen beds, the highest floor you get is number five and you do not see the ocean at all. Sink was cracked and sealed with dirty silicon, fridge extremely small, water flow in sink is very weak, only one sink, not comfortable to even wash hands, they should change the style. Saw a couple of gangs swirling around, does not feel safe. Also a lot of escort girls, some snob families. Does not feel as very inviting 5 star hotel. TV does not have access to youtube as a guest. wifi network does not support 2.4 ghz wifi, could not connect my laptop. Parking $80/day, no self-parking, only on streets. Noisy loud music outside till 11 pm every day, does not allow to fall asleep. End of March-begining April - very stormy strong wind every day, you have to hold your cap with a hand, ocean with 10 ft waves, not swimmable at all. Like the bathrobes, soft and nice, slippers are included. "
