"Our stay at the W Times Square made our trip to NYC even more special. The hotel and room were clean, spacious and well maintained. The staff all the way from our welcome to our departure were excellent especially Ram and his team. I had made a special request for my daughter and Ram exceeded my expectations by a lot."

"They were super accommodating with my mom and I, we flew in on Frontier (0/10 experience) and Frontier had kept cancelling and rebooking us, but the hotel staff was super understanding of our stressful situation! The bed was SO COMFY and the location was super convenient. The bar and restaurant were good too. If I go back to NYC I am considering staying here again!"
