"Excellent! Great communication from Richard. Phone call to check we were happy with the entry instructions. Everything was left for us to access the property with our emailed instructions. The apartment had a great location, easy walk into town but in a quiet street so away from the noise. Not far from the castle and park also. The apartment was spotlessly clean with lovely towels and bedding. We were very impressed and will definitely recommend it to others and will come back to stay...

Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, with so much choice of eateries on the doorstep at Mermaids Quay no cooking was necessary but there was a full sized oven, microwave and toaster in the kitchen. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE. It is not in a safe neighborhood. As you open the first door you can hear the noise from the other “apartments”. The apartment is in the second floor. NO LIFTS available. The stairs are steep and not wide enough to bring up any large suitcases. The description of the property does not mention any stairs. The rooms are TINY and the “apartment” smells like mold. No laundry washer/dryer IN the apartment. The original payment does not include the 45 POUNDS you have to pay for...

"We stayed because we were going to the stadium, which was literally over the road, so perfect. So clean and lovely, even little bottles of prosecco on arrival, lovely touch. My only moan is i contacted them to ask if there would be a hairdryer, was told there would be but there wasn't, annoying as i didn't take my own for that reason. "

"This is a beautiful hotel, well positioned for Cardiff Central station just 5 minutes walk away. Check in staff were friendly, though didn’t get an upgrade or offer of a late check out given I’m a gold member and the hotel was not full by any means. Lovely bedroom , terrible view (208) big gaping windows that need some voile for a little privacy. The cobweb needs getting down that’s in the window too! Quality tea and coffee and bathroom products, bottled water is nice too but maybe a plastic...
