"Nice to stay in this hotel "

"Beach view was a partial view. I thought it was a full view. :( room had no shower curtain or bath plug. Not enough blankets. I had to ask twice then was sent a maintenance man for the tub after 9:30pm and was trying to sleep. Room was noisy by the elevator. Not very nice when I asked for a 1:30 check out due to our flights. "

"Clean room, staff was great and very nice, right in the beach, and the pools stayed cleaned. "

"The beach view was great! We did not go to the outdoor pool. Went to the indoor pool to go in the hot tub. It was too hot. There was not much seating in the indoor area. The pool/hot tub was ok I guess. It’s kind of old and run down. Our room was fine except for the air conditioner leaking on the floor. The kitchen floor was pretty dirty and sandy. There was also very clearly blood on the toilet seat. We had to go to the store and buy wipes to clean it and the kitchen floor. The shower head also leaks and gets water all over the floor if you don’t make sure the shower curtain is shut and stuck to the wall of the shower."

"When i got to the room it hadn't been vacuumed, very old and dresser drawers would not stay closed, went to take a shower and someone was banging on the door so i got out of the shower ,i was naked and an employee was entering ,as i shut the door on him he said that he was informed that i want a different room i said no i didn't request it and that doesn't give him the right to enter for any reason. Told 2 managers and and heard nothing , when i finally confronted one she blew it off saying he was new like its ok to do that. Then my do not disturb sign was taken it took 4 times asking for one and said i want no one in my room the manager assured me no one would enter. When i returned the maid had been in. No one at this place cares about customers. "
