"Our stay was excellent. Room was clean, quiet, food was good, and when we had a problem with the coffee maker they were right on it and solved the issue. BUT, When we travel we take our 4 lb dog. It is so disappointing that a great hotel needs to exploit people by charging a $100.00 for having a dog with you. It might make sense if it a large hairy shedding dog that requires special clean up, but nobody does anything extra for a little dog this size. It is a straight out money grab. The previous 2 nights we were charged a token $25.00 at competitive chains. I wouldn't say we were pleased with that, but I least felt it was fair. Shame on Hyatt."
