"I would like to send special thanks to the staff that was on duty this morning when we checked out at 5:00 a.m. and also working the front desk midday. In the mad rush to get out of our hotel and catch a shuttle to the airport we left behind both a pair of reading glasses and an Android watch. Both team members went and searched and found both items for us and will be mailing them back. Very impressed with the extra effort "
