Search Bed and Breakfast in South Reno

"Price gauged for a kids sporting event so for the price we paid the accommodations were ok. The breakfast is pretty mediocre. The sink was clogged and the shower leaked due to poor maintenance. The rooms are clean enough and basic enough"

"Night staff were not pleasant to deal with. They hen trying to just ask what the noise was at 11pm, all they said yeah yeah we know your the 17th complaint. Doing research found out it was sound testing next door, which is not necessary at that hour. Really should mention to people when checking in that there is a Concert that weekend of the stay. Also to have another tower (had a family in, freaking out ) do an evacuation at 1am. And all the doors lock for people can’t get back in. All staff could say was oh the alarm is touchy. The night staff need to work on their customers service , I’ve worked in hotel business myself. I understand sometimes gets crazy but there’s reason for rudeness and to be not fully trained in emergency situations ,"

"The toilets in rm to low. Could not call for rm service had only app. The pool and hot were filled with kids."

"The name of the hotel tells its own; there is no iron, no iron table, no hair dry, no microwave in Tye room, tiny size of shampoo, and the coffee in the room doesn’t have any taste."

"Rooms are clean and with comfortable beds. Daily housekeeping is a plus, very nice to come back to a clean room, fresh towels after a long day of watching girls volleyball. Only thing I would say about gaming. Need newer machines for example more lightening links and buffalo links. Keep up with other casinos who have lots of these machines to play."

"This hotel was very different than what i have ever stayed in. The room was small and reminded me of a college dorm room yet modern. The layout of the room was not well thought out either."

"We had a wonderful one night stay at the Atlantis. The room is new, modern , clean and spacious. The gym is equipped with top of the line technogym weight machines and Precor treadmills. We had the lunch Buffett at Toucan Charlie and it’s a great value for the quality of food it offered. All the hotel staff were very friendly . "

"Not worth the money. The overall experience was disappointing from start to finish. There was no staff available to assist when needed, which made even basic requests difficult. The electric switches in the room didn’t work properly, adding to the frustration. Housekeeping was essentially non-existent—no one came to clean the room during the entire stay. On top of that, the place was very noisy, making it hard to rest. Definitely not a place I would recommend."
