Barceló Puerto Vallarta - All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"Room clean Good food Adult pool was nice Smoking at pool not controlled Night noise in common area. Not controlled until 11 pm No non alcoholic beer"

Costa Sur All Inclusive Resort

8/10 Good

"The staff was wonderful. We stayed at Costa Sur between hurricanes. There was major damage to the sea wall near the larger pool and outdoor bar so they had to be roped off for safety restricting access to the beach also. That meant that only the small pool was available to guests so at times it was quite crowded. The staff was pleasant and very accommodating especially on the day and a half that we had to stay in our rooms as precaution for the next hurricane, Simon. The facility is now all inclusive so meals and drinks were included. The menu was a bit limited (understandable) but all meals were quite wonderful. Chef was also very accommodating when I asked to modify two dishes to make a different one dish. All in all it was a good experience not great but it was all handled well."

Costa Sur All Inclusive Classico Collection by Sonesta

10/10 Excellent

"We love this hotel and have stayed here three times. We deeply regret their decision to become an all inclusive this Spring. Puerto Vallarta is a great place to go out to eat and enjoy the town, we are not interested in staying in the hotel all the time or paying for food we wont eat. I hope they reconsider this decision, we would return if they did."
