"Room was fine and clean. Morning and afternoon front desk were a delight! Parking is awful there, I get it’s limited but they had a sold out hotel. We were told we could park in an additional lot, but then was told we could not. We were informed we would not have to pay for parking-but would have to park several blocks down the road. We were then informed they were giving out 4-5 parking passes per room. The evening staff was not great- ironically they had front row parking. Any time I tried talking to the woman at the front desk the man would interrupt and not let her speak. "
