"Location has it's pros and cons. $70 a night parking fee was a bit ridiculous. I feel like the room prices were decent, but they gouge you with parking so it's an expensive total stay. Location is right next to the stadium so arriving on a game day had major challenges. Street was shut down in front of hotel check in, so I had to drive around for hours to wait for street to open back up. The bathroom was way too dark. As a woman, I need a ton of light for prep."

"The hotel was very clean, close to the airport and walking distance to a lot of places. We were a big group (9 people /4 rooms) The rooms were very well clean, but all 4 rooms had issues with the shower drain backing up and water spilling out every where. The Starbucks Nextdoor was very nice and a cute delicious bakery across the street was perfect for quick breakfast sandwiches. We were appreciative that we could check in about 45 min earlier, but when we asked for our complimentary water bottle It was an argument at the front desk where they kept saying they were only for VIP guests. As a VIP silver member I received an email saying the 3 rooms I booked would receive the added perk. Now, I don’t care about the water bottle itself, but I like my hotels.com app because you do get additional perks. I shouldn’t have to ask and then tell them I have an email stating I get something and do they want to see it. "

"The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was filling, and the location was convenient to walk to Disneyland! I'll definitely be back!"

"My family and I have been long-time guests of the Majestic, and we have continued choosing this hotel primarily because of the convenience of the location. However, after our most recent stay, I feel compelled to share several concerns regarding the overall guest experience. One major frustration has been transportation. It is disappointing that only one shuttle appears to be operating at a time, even during peak hours when guests are trying to get to and from the park. In addition, the hotel is clearly overdue for significant upgrades and maintenance. Over our last several stays, we have consistently noticed outdated bathrooms, visible wear and tear on furniture and fixtures, aging carpets, plumbing issues, worn window drapes, and an overall “old” smell in the rooms. During our most recent stay, we were also surprised by the new queue process for guests who complete pre-check-in before official check-in time. As long-time guests of the Majestic, this was never previously an issue, and for the first time in several years, we were unable to receive our room earlier than the standard check-in time. The process was inconvenient and not clearly communicated in advance."

"Great place to stay. Our first time staying downtown LA so it was louder than we expected. Great food, beautiful hotel. Close to Dodgers stadium. The only thing that I would like to see different is the valet parking actually bring your car to you. A very small inconvenience though."

"I thought I got double queen beds but they upgraded three full beds for family of 5 (2 adults & 3kids). They have mini fridge, microwave, tv and air conditioning. Everything I needed was satisfactory! Kids were happy to sleep comfortably in the bed."

"It honestly wasnt that bad but there was a roach in our room. They gave us a new room but I can't give them more then I did because of the roach."
