Amazing experience staying at this newly opened hotel , central location , quiet . Very nice rooms and amenities and friendly staff

Clean room and helpful staff. The bakery downstairs was great too.

Staffs there are pleasant and good in English. The hotel gave us a local feeling with the use of tatamis design. Great choice to be away from the hustling and bustling city center and walkable distance to Kyoto or Gojo subway stations.

Spotless and almost ryokan-like experience. Staff is 5/5, wooden bathrooms 5/5, our room was spacious and the small local brewery next door is the icing on the cake. Typical japanese hospitality, highly recommended!

Very spacious and clean. Great if you are travelling in big groups/ families

Love the public bath and proximity to train stations. Strongly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Kyoto.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the lobby itself, the light installation, even at the stairs was so pretty the staff were all very friendly and polite and very helpful as well. Property is gorgeous the room is clean and well maintained. The location is amazing just at the train station. Only downside I would say about this is I wish this hotel had a pool. Very grateful for the staff that they helped to prepare baby ingredients to prepare his food.

Right beside a train station and extremely convenient to head to areas while avoiding the everyday crowd. We had to remove our shoes as the whole hotel is paved with tatami mats which was really comfortable to walk in. Room is clean with basic amenities available such as toiletries, water etc. the private onsen saved my lower limbs from the walks and tours. Depending on the timing you can get drinks or late night ramen after the onsen experience.

Quiet location that is walkable to Kyoto station. Very accessible yet away from the city noises. Room is much larger than anywhere we've stayed in Japan (we booked the superior King). Walking distance to lots of eating places and recommend trying the local restaurants around the block if you're overwhelmed by theboptions at the train station.

Stayed at MONday for 3 days, 2 nights as a family with a 1 year old baby. Informed the hotel before arrival that we require baby crib, but they were still surprised when I asked for it at check in, then took more than an hour to fix and arrive. To be fair, they did communicate with us that the baby crib will be delayed after we checked into the room. Location of hotel is about 10 mins walk from Kyoto Station. Manageable if you don't have luggage, but with 3 luggages, a stroller and toddler in...

Hotel with Onsen, drink dispenser and free ramen supper in the heart of Kyoto. Will choose to stay there again if i visit Kyoto. My 4 year old daughter loves the onsen with free ice cream post onsen and the ramen supper!

Lovely location close to station and get a peaceful and serene area

Great staff and nice facility.

A lovely bouquet hotel stay near to Kyoto station and is walking distance to good eateries in the area. Very well maintained property.

Ala Kyoto hotel is very near the Kyoto station. Makes it very accessible by bus or train. Bus is the main mode of transportation within the city.

Good table management system. Every table is given a "Table Occupancy Card" where guests can comfortably leave the dining table without worrying that it's may be taken by another guest whole collecting food or waiters clearing the table when guests or when guests are not at the table but haven't leave the restaurant yet. Upon leaving, guests will return the card to the reception. Many hotels including those 5 stars hotel perch can adopt this concept
