"Clean room breakfast wasn’t the best"

"They don’t honor your request or value your right for privacy! They do not provide “do not disturb” signs so you have to let the front desk know that you don’t want housekeeping or be disturbed. That request was ignored. When I confronted them, they said they would bring it up to the head of housekeeping and gave me the number for the manager. I left a message for the manager but was met with silence. Upon check in, the room clean but the sink was dirty. NO hair dryers are available. The guide on the TV does not match the channels on the TV Plus, the colors on the TV were off (it had a blue ) and there was no way to fix it. The bed was decent but slides off the frame cause it’s just a cheap platform. Water doesn’t get very hot and the pressure is not great. The rooms are definitely NOT soundproof. You can hear (and feel) planes overhead. For a night or two, it’s fine. The ladies at the were very nice although no issues were remedied. "Kind and helpful staff "

"I was disappointed by the level of service at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. Specifically, the Front Desk/Housekeeping staff was unhelpful when I approached them about cleanliness of the room. I expected a much higher standard of hospitality for the price paid. While the location is great, the cleanliness of my room was unacceptable. Upon arrival, I found hair all over the bathroom door, towels, and shower walls. Stains on the sheets, which looked like bodily fluid. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, it was not addressed during my 3-night stay. Cleanliness is a top priority for any traveler, and unfortunately, this hotel fell short. I also spoke to another customer who said their room was disgusting as well. Got stuck in the elevator too and nobody helped us. I would not recommend staying here if you value customer service."

"Staff was friendly, room was comfy and spacious, all food was delish, both pool areas were really nice, the only down fall was the inside pool could have used a little more ventilation. The "spa" was very hot and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!"

"There was no microwave in my room. Someone brought me an old half functioning one. The doors to the other room slammed all night that kept me awake. The door to the bathroom was worn and had damage on it. "
