"The hotel is nice, clean and quiet. My only complaint would be they wanted $5 for drip coffee, I've never paid that for a sub-par cup of coffee before. "

"Very expensive parking which is shown in advance. No microwave or refrigerator which almost all hotels and motels have these days"

"NO in room coffee maker!! Apparently that ended our first night there…. Also- if you’re noise sensitive- this is not the place for you. One side if the building faces a bar/club. The music AND base comes through the AC vents!!!! We moved rooms… every single time the AC kicks on - even the sounded sleeper woke up - every single time. After 3 nights - Looking forward to a good night sleep tonight somewhere else. "

"Clean and friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was inconvenient. The toilet was enclosed with the shower and the only sink was more for a bar than a bathroom. No counter space. "

"Our stay here was amazing! It was recommended to stay here and now this will be my recommendation for anyone! Such friendly and welcoming staff. The bartender was quick and amazing! Breakfast area was extremely clean, the check in and checkout process was so quick! Can’t wait to have more stays at Hyatt! Loved it!"

"In-room phone was broken. Bathroom lighting was so dim as to be unable to see while in shower. Elevator was broken. Power outlet by bed was broken and unable to charge phone overnight."

"Really loved staying at the roost on Rainey. Bed was really comfortable and the rooms and common area were very cute. Was a little loud at night due to Rainey street but no biggie."
