"Very kind and nice stay"

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Quality Inn in Kitchener. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we really appreciated the complimentary breakfast—it was a great start to our day. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only disappointment was that the EV charging cables had been cut and stolen, so we couldn’t charge our vehicle during our visit. Of course, this wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but it would have been convenient to have a functioning charger on-site. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and recommend it for its cleanliness, hospitality, and value."

"The hotel restaurant was amazing ! Both ladies were super helpful and the food was incredible. Clean room , comfy bed and everyone was very helpful. The gym was good, had all the basics you could want. Definitely would recommend "

"Staff was friendly and helpful Lots of fun things for the kids to do… unfortunately the arcade barely had any games in use and the bowling lane was broken Nice pool I wouldn’t walk around the area too much as it’s a little rough, lots of homeless people doing drugs Hotel is nice and clean and they were very patient and accommodating with our group "
