"The jacuzzi wasn’t completely filled with water, so it was noisy when I tried to run the jets. Other than that everything was good about staying there."

"Pros: We stayed in a King suite with a full kitchen and it was a perfect place to end our Mighty 5 trip. Plenty of room to relax, the AC works great, and the full kitchen with a real coffee maker was appreciated! The property is beautifully maintained and we enjoyed sitting in the lounge chairs by the river just a few steps from our unit. The location is also perfect for easy access to the early shuttle in Zion NP. We were in line about 7 minutes after leaving our unit. Cons: After hiking the narrows I was looking forward to use of the "soaking tub". It's not really a soaking tub - its much too shallow for that. However, unlike most our other hotel experiences, the water is hot - so that's good. The other thing we noticed is the sofa is not very comfortable for sitting to watch tv. We didn't open it, but it is possible the mattress was modified for more comfortable sleeping, but whatever happened, it feels like you are going to slide off when you sit on it. Thoughts: If you head in to town in the evening on the shuttle, check the schedule! We didn't look closely enough and ended up walking back after dinner. It's not too far, but not the hike we had in mind to end the day. Also, the little store with groceries is very expensive. There is a discount for those staying at Cable Mountain, so that helps a little."

"This place is exceptional from the first moment you walk in the door. Friendly front desk staff, clean, smells great!!! Rooms are beautiful and hospitality staff pay attention to every detail. Grounds are stunning. Unbelievable views. Pool very warm. Evening restaurant has limited menu but great food. Shelly who works at the restaurant is a great waitress and very personable. Can't say enough good things. Its a must!!!"

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Brian Head Hilton. It was a very nice suite, with fireplace in the living room and in the bedroom. Nice kitchen with almost everything there for you to use. The location is unbelievable as well."

"The hotel features an impressive aesthetic and exceptional amenities. Its location is ideal, situated just a few blocks from Zion National Park, as well as various dining and shopping venues. While the majority of the staff, particularly the housekeeping team, provided helpful and professional service, one front desk associate exhibited unprofessional behavior on multiple occasions. Conversely, three other front desk personnel maintained a professional and courteous demeanor throughout our stay."
