"Very pleasant and helpful staff, clean rooms, can’t beat the location. Spa services ( facial and body massages) by Kiera were the best and I strongly suggest using their services. Spa pedicure turned out to be a basic pedicure not worth it and not was explained to me so I definitely don’t recommend. Breakfast was good but our experience for dinner at the hotel restaurant was very bad to say the least."

Only disappointed with cost of a can of beer at the rooftop bar, $217,000 is a little expensive, 10X more than the store across the street. Other than that wonderful hotel to stay at."

"The staff were extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. One of us has a massage at the spa which was excellent. The hotel also arranged transfers for us which were very well priced and our driver was really nice. Overall we would definitely stay here again when we visit Hoi An next time. "
