"Breakfast was good, lots of options for a free Breakfast. Room was nice and spacious. Wish they would upgrade the Shower/Tub combos to a walk in a shower, nobody wants to take a bath in one of those."

"Friendly staff. One of the elevators was out of water so that made getting to our room a little slow. My wife misplaced her wallet and mentioned that at the front desk. Staff member there was indifferent, not very encouraging:("

"The Casino felt very lively! Our room was upgraded upon arrival to the too floor with an absolute beautiful view. The staff was great and professional expect for the maintenance worker we encountered on the day of check out. We had numerous bags and suitcases with us and at the time of check out the elevators were down. We asked the maintenance worker if he could help us with our luggage down the 26 flights of stairs because we were all women and he simply answered “no”. So we had to take all of our things down the 26 flight of stairs, with no help.That was pretty unacceptable considering that this hotel/casino is known worldwide. We spoke with a manager, but not much was done. "

"Love this hotel! Always clean, comfortable, and quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. Fabulous restaurant and Starbuck's on property. Great ocean views. Blue line is right in back of the hotel which is great for easy access into and out of Boston. Reasonably priced rooms and parking. Just a great find! "
