Hotels with connecting rooms in Sri Hartamas

The service staff was not fluent in English. When I tried to find out about their current promotion shown at the counter, they were not able to assist. The location is good though.

This hotel is new. Staff are friendly too.

My husband and I make 4 to 5 trips to KL each year and each time we stayed at One World. With exception for an earlier trip this year, my office booked me at their sister hotel also located within One Utama. Their F&B is the best and hospitality is excellent.

Location walkable from the famous China Town Petaling Street where street foods are abundance and lots of hidden pubs to explore during the night nearby.

Excellent staffs.. Excellent Service! We were greeted with fresh & enthusiastic staffs! A big thumbs up to The bell captains, security staffs 👍 Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread. Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent. Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time! But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....

Aircon was nice and cold. Good buffet spread and friendly staff. Only gripe was that rooms are a little small and the shower area can get slippery.

Our stay as a family of 3 was excellent. The options given to choose the bed type wasn’t sufficient when we had chosen 2 adults & 1 child below 12. End up, my wife and I squeezed into one double bed, and child on the other. The bed and pillow were comfortable. However to win the public over, it will always be nice to have one soft & one firm pillow per bed. There is no mirror inside the room other than inside the toilet. Entrance to hotel is not so easy to find, but this is a real 5 star hotel.

The hotel is in Convenient location. Next to shopping mall and easy to get Grab car or train. Room is clean.
