We had to have food redone, and had to dispute room charges after being double charged. For the price point ithe hotel should do better. i would only recommend for one night because of the Excellent views if booking a tower view."

"I stayed on KL for one night on my way to Singapore. The Majestic is an excellent hotel. I was overwhelmed by the choice the buffet dinner. Staff were extremely helpful"

"Budget 4 stars. Breakfast buffet was decent with Asian and Western dishes. Between nasi lemak, roti canai and noodle soup, the second had the best taste. Lots of foreigners during breakfast, >50%. It got crowded and they started cleaning up before we finished! Room compact with amenities and nice shower. A/C worked well. Location across from a small forested park. There used to be a cable car station there, but don’t think it is working anymore. The hotel has a small convenience store. They say the closet mall was Sogo about 15 minutes walk in the heat."
